An injection moulding device includes an elongated nozzle having a central bore, a forward end with an outlet for supplying molten thermoplastic material via the bore and the outlet to a cavity, and a heating element around the nozzle, the heating element having a rear end and a forward end and being helically wound around and supported by the nozzle. The helical windings of the heating element are substantially unrestrained in a circumferential direction of the nozzle, wherein one of the ends of the heating element can be radically displaced around the nozzle in a circumferential direction.

A device for filling packages (10) with flowable products in low germ level conditions in a clean room (9) is described, with a product line (26), a filler valve (11) and a filler pipe (8) projecting into the clean room (9). In order that filling, with a low level of germs, of flowable contents into packages (10) is made possible without formation of condensation on filler pipes (8) and preferably in addition cleaning of the device directly in place without a great deal of assembly, the filler pipe (8), in its inlet area on the inlet aperture (15) in the top surface (14) of the clean room (9) is surrounded by a sleeve pipe (28) fitted at a distance coaxially, with inflow apertures (29) for air which is dry and has a low level of germs, and means (2-7) for producing and supplying the air which is dry and has a low level of germs are provided in the inflow apertures.

Device for filling packages under low germ level conditions

In a device for conveying and processing packs for liquids, a feed conveyer is provided. The device further includes processing stations, including processing stations for filling and closing of the packs, arranged sequentially, the feed conveyor feeding packs to the processing stations. The device includes a removal conveyer for removing processed packs from the device. The device includes a first main conveyer device, the first main conveyer device being a one-step vertical conveyer device and having at least one vertically movable bridge with at least one horizontally arranged support rod for transporting a plurality of packs simultaneously, and a second main conveyer device, the second main conveyer device being a one-step horizontal displacement device. The first and the second main conveyer devices have a common conveyance position at a bottom one of two conveyance positions of the first main conveyer device. The processing stations for filling and closing of the packs are arranged vertically above the first and the second main conveyer devices. The support rod is of sufficient length to transport a plurality of packs arranged in a row relative to one another.

A sheet stacking device with a lift table automatically lowerable in correspondence to the height of the rising stack. At the upper end of the stack is a face-side sheet feeder and at least one stop late positioned opposite the sheet feeder and at least two lateral boundary plates lying opposite one another. The effective boundary plate length is adjustable to accommodate different sheet format lengths by subdividing the boundary plates into a plurality of individual sections in longitudinal directions, of which at least those remote from the stop plate are removable from the stacking zone. Preferably, the boundary plate sections are constructed as equally spaced tongues which are arrestable in a raised position with a support beam.
