A hydraulic pressure supply unit has a storage chamber which stores hydraulic fluid, a hydraulic pump which is arranged within the storage chamber and dips at least partially into the stored hydraulic fluid, and an electric motor which drives the hydraulic pump. The electric motor is arranged below the hydraulic pump in a separate motor chamber which is situated below the storage chamber, is dry, and is not connected fluidically to the storage chamber. The electric motor is coupled in a thermally transmitting manner to a separating floor, the upper side of which delimits the storage chamber and is wetted continuously with stored hydraulic fluid.

Hydraulic pressure supply unit

A hydraulic component for vehicles, such as for maritime applications, is a hydraulic cylinder-piston unit. The piston of the hydraulic component has a piston rod with a measurement section. A magnetic rod in the piston rod extends over the measurement section. The magnetic rod has a helically varied magnetic field direction. The hydraulic component includes a sensor device having a scanning region measuring the field direction. The sensor device is arranged such that, over the entire stroke path of the piston, at least a part of the magnetic rod is located in the scanning region. The sensor device has a sensor unit configured to transmit measurement results for the field direction to a processing unit, configured to process and output the measurement results. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a hydraulic adjustment system having at least one hydraulic component and a vehicle having at least one hydraulic adjustment system.

In a mobile stretcher, in order to change the height position of a patient support mounted on a chassis, the chassis geometry is modifiable by a hydraulic drive system. The drive system includes a linear actuator, a pressure supply unit, and a receiving space for hydraulic fluid. A manually actuatable unlocking valve unit directly connects a lifting working chamber of the linear actuator to the receiving space. The valve unit has a control space delimited by a piston element movably guided relative to the housing of the valve unit and which communicates with a lifting attachment, which communicates with the working chamber. The piston element is operatively connected to a valve body interacting with a valve seat of a relief valve between the lifting attachment and a tank attachment communicating with the receiving space. A mechanical actuation input acts on the valve body, with a spring element interposed.

Mobile stretcher

An electrohydraulic linear actuator comprises a housing consisting of a tubular profile, which forms a housing shell and in which there is a plurality of cavities, and which is closed at the ends by two housing covers fitted to the ends of the housing shell. A first cavity of the tubular profile forms a cylinder which forms the hydraulic cylinder of a double-acting synchronous cylinder and a second cavity which extends parallel to the first cavity accommodates a hydraulic unit in addition to the hydraulic cylinder, and a hydraulic oil reservoir is formed in said second cavity. Two working chambers of the hydraulic cylinder are separated from each other by a piston unit. The housing has at least one through-hole for a coupling element which forms a mechanical interface with the piston unit. The electric motor of the hydraulic unit is configured as a brushless outrunner motor.

Electrohydraulic linear actuator

A land vehicle is provided having a chassis and having a plurality of corner support units. Each of the corner support units has a support leg which is mounted in a swiveling manner in a bearing shoe, which is rigidly attached to the land vehicle, about a substantially horizontal axis. The length of the support leg is telescopically variable. The support leg comprises at least two pipe sections, which can be displaced relative to each other in the longitudinal direction. A hydraulic cylinder is arranged in the interior of the support leg by means of which the position of the at least two pipe sections relative to each other, and consequently the length of the support leg, can be modified. A separate hydraulic assembly, arranged on the bearing shoe of each affected corner support unit and loading the hydraulic cylinder, is allocated to each corner support unit.
