A longitudinal guide rail for a motor vehicle seat. The rail includes two elongated guide rails that engage with one another and are displaceable in relation to one another in the longitudinal direction of the rails, a retaining bracket for a seatbelt buckle, which is fastened to one of the two guide rails, a slot that is provided in one of the guide rails, through which a fixing section of the retaining bracket is guided into a space enclosed by the two guide rails and a fixing point, at which the fixing section of the retaining bracket is connected to one of the guide rails. The fixing section when viewed from the longitudinal direction of the rails, extends beyond the slot and the fixing point, also viewed from the longitudinal direction of the rails, is located at a distance from the slot.

Longitudinal guide rail for motor vehicle seat

A seat module including at least one vehicle seat and a transverse guide is disclosed. The vehicle seat is connected through a vehicle body through a seat base, and is displaceable through a guide element along a transverse guide. When the vehicle seat is on a first side of the transverse guide, it is lockable relative to the transverse guide in a position of use, and when the vehicle seat is in a removal position on a second side of the transverse guide, it can be removed from the transverse guide when inclined or perpendicular to its normal extension direction.

Seat module

A vehicle seat includes a seat underframe and a backrest which tips forwards, these being interconnected by an adjustment and tipping axle and which preferably has a backrest inclination adjustment device on both sides. The adjustment device containing an adjustment gear and a part whose angle is adjustable in relation to a side part of the seat underframe. In the use position of the backrest, a stop of the part with an adjustable angle rests on a first stop of a fitting which is fixed in relation to the backrest, while in the tipped-forward position of the backrest, a stop that is provided on a fitting on the seat side rests on a second stop of the fitting that is fixed in relation to the backrest and/or the backrest upholstery rests on the seat cushion.

Vehicle seat

A motor vehicle seat. The seat has a seat frame; a seat back pivotally mounted on the seat frame and which can be tilted forward out of its position of use and toward a seat surface of the seat frame; a longitudinal guide with which the seat frame is displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the seat in order to adjust the longitudinal position of the seat; a fixing device for fixing the seat frame in a previously adjusted longitudinal position of the seat, an actuating element for releasing the fixing device thereby enabling the seat frame to be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the seat, a coupling mechanism, which acts upon the actuating element and releases the fixing device when the seat back is tilted forward toward the seat surface, and a memory device by means of which the seat frame can be automatically held in a preset longitudinal position of the seat, which is defined as a memory position.

Motor vehicle seat

The invention relates to a motor vehicle seat comprising a seat frame; a backrest, which is pivotably mounted on the seat frame and which may be folded forward in the direction of a seating surface on the seat frame; a longitudinal guide, along which the seat frame may be moved to adjust the seat longitudinal position in the seat longitudinal direction; a fixing device for fixing the seat frame in a seat longitudinal position; an operating element for releasing the fixing device, such that the seat frame may be moved in the seat longitudinal direction to adjust the seat longitudinal position; a coupling mechanism, displaceable together with the seat frame in the seat longitudinal direction, acting on the operating element and releasing the fixing device, when the backrest is folded forward; a memory device, by means of which, during movement in the seat longitudinal direction, the seat frame can be automatically retained in a pre-determined seat longitudinal position, defined as the memory position; adjuster means for the memory device, with which the memory position may be adjusted in the seat longitudinal direction and a locking device for the memory device, for locking an adjusted memory position. According to the invention, a first catch element which may be moved by the coupling device is provided, corresponding to a second catch element, provided on the memory device whereby both catch elements engage with each other to prevent movement of the seat frame in the seat longitudinal direction, when the seat frame is in the memory position thereof, the locking device is locked and the fixing device is not completely released by means of the coupling mechanism, but is already far enough released that a movement of the seat frame in the seat longitudinal direction is possible.

A motor vehicle seat including: a seat frame; a pivotally mounted seat back which, when released, is tiltable forward out of its position of use and toward a seat surface of the seat frame; a longitudinal guide with which the seat frame is displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the seat; a fixing device for fixing a seat frame in a previously adjusted longitudinal position of the seat; a coupling mechanism; and, a memory device by which the seat frame can be automatically held in an adjustable longitudinal position of the seat, which is defined as a memory position. An actuating mechanism is actively connected to a seat back release for the forward tilted seat back and actuates the seat back release when the memory position of the seat frame is reached, thereby enabling the seat back to be tilted into a position of use once again.

Easy-entry motor vehicle seat with seat back release upon return to memory position

A motor vehicle seat having a seat frame; a pivotally mounted seat back of the seat frame that, on the one hand, can be displaced within an area of use between two different positions of use and, on the other hand, can be tilted forward toward the seat surface of the seat frame by being pivoted; a seat longitudinal guide for adjusting the longitudinal position of the seat; a fixing device for locking a previously adjusted longitudinal position of the seat, and; a coupling mechanism via which the back seat back is coupled to the fixing device whereby enabling the fixing device to be released when tilting the seat back forward toward the seat surface. Compensating features are provided for preventing the fixing device from releasing when the seat back pivots at least over a portion of the area of use.

A support element for upholstering on a vehicle seat, in particular for the backrest upholstery, with a base region of large area, for supporting the upholstery and an edge surrounding the base region. At least two separate adjacent support regions are provided along the edge of the base region, projecting from the edge.
