Describe is a front wall module for a motor vehicle. The front wall module forms at least one area of a front wall that defines the passenger compartment of a motor vehicle. The front wall module contains functional units, such as the fan for ventilating the passenger compartment or the like. The front wall module has a capping piece that is connected to two longitudinal beams of the motor vehicle.

The invention relates to a vehicle door () and to a method for the production thereof. The vehicle door comprises a supporting frame () with an opening (). The supporting frame is joined to a body structure of the vehicle in a manner that permits it to move. The opening () is closed in an essentially moisture-proof manner by molding it with a curable compound while forming a supporting plate () for accommodating elements such as window lifters, loudspeakers () or the like. At least one guide rail for guiding a window pane (), which can be displaced relative to the supporting frame, is provided for accommodating a lateral edge of the window pane in the supporting plate.

Vehicle door and method for the production thereof

A motor vehicle cockpit is prefabricated and contains a flat shaped piece serving as a mounting plate for a visible shell, a heating or air-conditioning system and operational elements. An impact protection is formed by a box-section of the motor vehicle body that extends under the front edge of the windscreen and a cross-member. The impact protection is completed by the flat shaped piece that couples to the box-section and the cross-member, preferably coupled with a linear introduction of force. In the event of a vehicle frontal impact, the flat shaped piece and coupled box-section and cross-member absorb the energy of impact.

Motor vehicle cockpit

A double walled vehicle door having an inside door panel and an outside door panel forming a space therebetween. The inside door panel having at least one cutout therein. A module carrier is attached to the inside door panel such that the module carrier covers and peripherally seals the at least one cutout. A dual cable window lift having guide bars each having a lower end with an associated pulley mounted thereon and an upper end with an associated pulley mounted thereon. The dual cable window lift being mounted on the module carrier such that the lower ends of the guide bars extend beyond a periphery of the module carrier and the upper ends of the guide bars are positioned within the periphery of the module carrier. The upper ends of the guide bars are mounted on a side of the inside door panel adapted to face an interior of the vehicle.

The invention is related to a dashboard cockpit for an automotive vehicle comprising a hollow beam as a reinforcing means, transverse to move direction of the vehicle; said beam including a air duct. Preferably, this cockpit comprises moreover a upper support-plate having a first upper portion of longitudinal duct, and on the other hand, a lower support-plate having a second lower portion of longitudinal duct. The first and second portions of duct being adapted to be arranged facing one the other and connecting together for defining a longitudinal duct.
