 The invention relates to compounds having formula (I), wherein R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, Z, m and n have the meaning cited in claim 1, and to the physiologically acceptable salts and solvates which can be used as integrin inhibitors, especially in the prophylaxis and treatment of circulatory diseases, in case of thrombosis, myocardial infarction, coronary heart diseases, arteriosclerosis, osteoporosis, pathologic processes caused or propagated by angiogenesis and in tumor therapy.

Compounds of the formula I ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and Y have the meanings indicated, and also their physiologically acceptable salts, inhibit the binding of fibrinogen to the corresponding receptor and can be employed for the treatment of thromboses, osteoporoses, oncoses, apoplexy, cardiac infarct, inflammations, arteriosclerosis and osteolytic disorders.

Compounds of the formula I ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and Y have the meanings indicated herein, and also their physiologically acceptable salts, inhibit the binding of fibrinogen to the corresponding receptor and can be employed for the treatment of thromboses, osteoporoses, oncoses, apoplexy, cardiac infarct, inflammations, arteriosclerosis and osteolytic disorders.

Compounds of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sup.1, X and Y have the meanings defined herein, and their salts, inhibit the binding of fibrinogen to the fibrinogen receptor and can be used for treating thrombosis, stroke, cardiac infarction, inflammations, arteriosclerosis, osteoporosis and tumors.
