In one example in accordance with the present disclosure, a print liquid supply is described. The print liquid supply includes a reservoir for holding a supply of print liquid. The reservoir includes a pliable body having a front face and a back face. The print liquid supply also includes a spout affixed to the reservoir. The spout is located at a corner of the front face offset from a centerline of the front face.

In one example in accordance with the present disclosure, a clamp plate assembly for a print liquid supply is described. The clamp plate assembly includes a clamp plate which includes 1) two wedge-shaped forked ends to facilitate clamping a spout to a container in which a print liquid reservoir is disposed and 2) a slot defined by the forked ends to receive and retain the spout. The clamp plate assembly also includes a back plate approximately orthogonal to the clamp plate.

A liquid supply, may include a bag and a box to maintain the bag therein, the box including a number of alignment structures formed along an edge of a first wall of the box to mate with a support element. A carton fold structure for a print liquid supply, the fold structure to support and hold a liquid bag including a liquid bag interface, the carton fold structure including multiple planes that, together, form a cuboid shape, each plane to form an outer wall of the carton fold structure, with edges between respective planes; a cut out in one of the edges, the cut out including: a channel extending inwards into a first plane to allow the liquid bag interface to pass through the first plane; and slots extending into the first plane between the channel and the edge associated with the first plane to align to a support element.

A bag-in-box fluid supply may include a bag comprising a spout extending therefrom, the spout including a flange coupled to a surface of the bag and comprising a lip formed on the spout distal to the bag; a box formed around the bag to maintain the bag therein; a wedge to wedge a surface of the box between the lip and a surface of the bag; and a fluid interface to fluidically interface with the spout of the bag, the fluid interface including a fluidic channel and a collar disposed on a first end of the fluidic channel to secure the fluid interface to the spout.

Coupling systems

In one example in accordance with the present disclosure, a spout for a print liquid reservoir is described. The spout includes a sleeve having an opening through which print liquid passes. A first flange extends outward from the sleeve to affix the spout to the print liquid reservoir. A second flange extends outward from the sleeve to sit on a wall a container in which the print liquid reservoir is disposed. The spout also includes an angled clamp flange having an angled surface and a straight surface opposite the angled surface. The angled clamp flange is to affix the spout to the container.

A unitary multiple seal mechanism includes a tubular sealing member having a longitudinal axis, and a second sealing member radially displaced from the tubular sealing member and connected to the tubular sealing member by a flexible connection.

A fluid-ejection printhead die includes first fluid-ejection nozzles, second fluid-ejection nozzles, and a mixing barrier. The first fluid-ejection nozzles eject fluid of a first type, and are organized over a first row and a second row non-collinear to the first row. The second fluid-ejection nozzles eject fluid of a second type different than the first type, and are organized over a third row and a fourth row non-collinear to the third row. The fourth row is at least substantially collinear to the first row. The mixing barrier is at least substantially between the first row of the first fluid-ejection nozzles and the fourth row of the second fluid-ejection nozzles.

An ink jet printing apparatus that includes a springbacked fluid interconnect seal that provides a seal between an ink handling component and an ink pipe that is attached to the ink handling component. The spring-backed fluid interconnection seal more particularly includes a generally conically tapered resilient seal, and a pre-loaded spring configured to axially extend or tension the seal. An exemplary embodiment of the invention includes a groove in the sealing face which allows the use of a liquid sealant. The groove holds the sealant in place through capillary forces, and also by virtue of trough-like shape protects the sealant from being wiped away through mechanical member.

A disposable/refillable inkjet cartridge with bubble generator and an adhesively attached bubble generator vent cover. The cartridge is filed through a bubble generator opening in the cartridge bottom eliminating a separate filling orifice and easing the priming operation. The vent cover is adhesively attached making removal for refilling easier and avoiding suspected problems related to welding flash in welded vent covers. The bubble generator includes a tapered opening which receives a ball. The ball contacts ribs extending longitudinally along a tapered portion of the opening. The ribs are spaced over an arc of the opening. A bubble forms as needed between the ball and opening to maintain back pressure. The ribs and taper produce more consistent bubble pressures. A single piece of tape over the bubble generator and printhead nozzles avoids common causes for depriming.

In one embodiment of the invention, a flexible tape has formed on it conductors for being connected to a printhead substrate. The conductors on the tape are coated with an insulating layer, and exposed ends of the conductors extend from the layer. A headland is formed on a plastic print cartridge for receiving the printhead substrate having the exposed conductors extending from one or more edges of the printhead substrate. An adhesive bead is formed on the headland so that when the printhead is properly positioned on the headland, the adhesive contacts the conductors to encapsulate and insulate one exposed side of the conductors. A second adhesive or encapsulant bead is deposited over the opposite side of the conductors to encapsulate and insulate the remaining exposed regions of the conductors. In this manner, the combined insulating action of the insulating layer and the two insulating adhesive beads prevents the conductors from being shorted together by ink which may flow in the vicinity of the conductors.
