The use of digital data privacy asserting technology, including but not limited to encryption technology, is specified so as to create entity specific data assets that assert entity specific data rights, including but not limited to, the right to determine how that data can be used by others.

Systems and methods for generating and using entity specific data assets

Systems and methods are provided that combine an amplitude modulation SLM with a phase modulating SLM in the same optical illumination system. The combination of the amplitude modulation SLM and the phase modulation SLM allows the optical illumination to compensate for the limitations of amplitude modulation SLM by using phase modulating SLM and conversely to compensate for the limitations of phase modulation SLM by using amplitude modulating SLM.

The present specification provides a method comprising: providing a value file containing a value entry associated with a recording event and a recording record file containing a recording record entry associated with the value entry and also with the recording event. The method also comprises, at a computing device, associating in a data quantum file the value entry with the corresponding recording record entry; generating a data quantum unique identifier by applying an algorithm to the data quantum file such that any change to the value entry or the recording record entry produces a corresponding change to the data quantum unique identifier according to the algorithm; and associating in a registration file the data quantum unique identifier and a data quantum file locator. The data quantum unique identifier allows for detecting alterations of any one of the value entry and the recording record entry.

Systems and methods for atomizing and individuating data as data quanta

According to some aspects there is provided a system, method and a device for generating at least one electronic file. The method includes receiving primary data for at least one page to be included in an electronic file; receiving metadata associated with the primary data, the metadata comprising a plurality of tags and corresponding tag values associated therewith; generating a globally unique identifier associated with the page based upon the primary data and the metadata associated therewith; storing the globally unique identifier as a tag value for a unique identifier tag in the metadata associated with that page; generating the at least one page for the file, the at least one page comprising the page data and the metadata including the globally unique identifier; if the at least one page includes a plurality of pages, repeating above to generate a plurality of the pages for the electronic file; and storing the file comprising the at least one generated page in a data storage device.

Systems and methods for authenticating and aiding in indexing of and searching for electronic files

A novel lipid vesicle system is described. This system consists of a lipid shell that is anchored on the surface of a polymer matrix. The system has potential applications in drug delivery, drug targeting, protein separation, enzyme immobilization and blood cell substitution.
