A flip-flow screener machine includes a carrier frame with primary, drive-induced vibration, to which a vibrating frame is coupled in a freely oscillating manner by means of elastic transmission elements and is excited and set to vibrate secondarily by the carrier frame via said transmission elements, transverse carriers being arranged on the carrier frame and on the vibrating frame, a transverse carrier on the vibrating frame lying downstream of a transverse carrier on said carrier frame, with a flexible screen bottom being arranged between two transverse carriers and detachably secured to said transverse carriers, each of the screen bottoms including at least one undercut portion by means of which they can engage behind an undercut on the transverse carrier, and two adjacent screen bottoms abutting one another directly at their front ends.

A sheet braking mechanism for a sheet punching and/or embossing machine for the braking a sheet in a processing station of the sheet punching and/or embossing machine, includes a movable pneumatic sheet brake and a movable carrier, on which at least one brake brush is mounted. The pneumatic sheet brake and the carrier are mechanically coupled, for example, by a driving element, so that a movement of the pneumatic sheet brake causes a movement of the carrier.

A sheet punching and embossing machine includes revolving gripper cars with which a gripping margin of a sheet is grasped by grippers disposed on the gripper car so as to move the sheet through the machine, a punching station in which the gripping margin can be separated from the sheet, a delivery station in which the gripping margin can be further separated from the sheet, and an ejection station in which the gripping margin can be ejected from the gripper. The ejection station includes a blower which directs a current of air at the gripping margin.

A sheet processing machine for the processing of sheets of paper, cardboard, and the like, includes at least one processing station, one delivery unit, one sheet transport system including circulating gripper carts, which are driven by individually actuated linear drives, a machine control system and braking devices located in the entry zone of processing stations. The back edge of the respective sheet at its stop position in the delivery unit and/or the at least one processing station lies directly above the back edge of the delivery stack and/or the back edge of a tool or die of the processing station.
