Systems, circuitries, and methods are disclosed that generate an interference replica signal that estimates interference in a receive signal that is due to a transmit signal. The interference replica signal is combined with the receive signal to generate a corrected receive signal. The method includes quantizing the transmit signal to generate a quantized transmit signal; weighting the quantized transmit signal based on one or more quantization weights; filtering the weighted quantized transmit signal based on two or more filter weights to generate the interference replica signal; and determining the quantization weights and the filter weights based on the corrected receive signal.

Adaptive self-interference cancellation

A transceiver for reducing a distortion component within a baseband receive signal is provided. The distortion component is caused by a baseband transmit signal. The transceiver includes a filter configured to filter the baseband transmit signal using a configurable transfer function to generate a modified baseband transmit signal. The configurable transfer function is based on a leakage component in the baseband receive signal, wherein the leakage component is caused by the baseband transmit signal. The transceiver further includes a processing unit configured to generate, based on the modified baseband transmit signal, an envelope signal representing the envelope of the modified baseband transmit signal. Moreover, the transceiver includes a combiner configured to combine the baseband receive signal and a signal related to the envelope signal.

Methods and transceivers for reducing a distortion component within a baseband receive signal

This disclosure relates to a data processing device, comprising: a digital front end (DFE) configured to convert an antenna signal to digital data, wherein the digital data comprises a plurality of data symbols; a baseband (BB) circuitry configured to process the digital data in baseband; and a digital interface between the DFE and the BB circuitry, wherein the DFE comprises a data compression circuitry configured to compress the plurality of data symbols for use in transmission via the digital interface to the BB circuitry.

The second semiconductor circuit includes a second data converter configured to convert the data representing the data value in the second data format to the first data format.

A communication system includes a polar conversion component, a polar modulator, an RF front-end component, a feedback receiver, a delay compensation component, and an adder. The polar conversion component is configured to provide an amplitude signal and a phase signal. The polar modulator is configured to receive amplitude signal and the phase signal and to provide the phase modulated local oscillator signal and an RF output signal. The RF front-end component is configured to receive the RF output signal and to provide a coupled output signal. The feedback receiver is configured to receive the phase modulated local oscillator signal and the coupled output signal and to generate an uncompensated feedback phase information signal. The delay compensation component is configured to receive the phase signal and the uncompensated feedback phase information signal and to generate a compensation signal. The adder is configured to add the compensation signal to the uncompensated feedback phase information signal to generate a compensated feedback phase information signal.

A DC offset compensation circuit implements a plurality of instances of DC offset compensation components that respectively generate an estimated DC offset corresponding to a receiver state. A controller controls the receiver state of the receiver front end and operates the DC offset elimination circuit to selectively apply one of the plurality of DC compensation components to the corresponding baseband signal based upon the receiver state.

An attenuator system for adjusting the output of an HF signal source is described in which, between the signal source and an output, an electronic attenuator is disposed via mechanical switches on the input and output side.
