A computing system can detect the launch of a rider application on computing devices of users of a transport service. The computing system can receive location data indicating the current location of each user, and determine a usage pattern for each user based on historical data corresponding to historical utilization of the transport service by the user. Based on the current location and the usage pattern of the user, the computing system can determine one or more suggested destination locations for the user, and transmit, over the one or more networks, display data to cause the rider application to display a destination accelerator for each of the one or more suggested destination locations. The destination accelerator can be selectable by the user to automatically input a destination location into a transport request for the transport service.

Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for displaying a three-dimensional representation of a media source in an augmented reality meeting space. An embodiment operates by building an augmented reality (AR) meeting space comprising structured data received from a plurality of apps operating on a mobile device of a user. The structured data is translated into a three-dimensional representation of the structured data corresponding to each of the plurality of apps. A three-dimensional representation of the home screen of the mobile device of the user is rendered in the AR meeting space. It is detected that a particular one the plurality of apps has received updated content. The three-dimensional representation of the home screen is re-rendered including a visual modification to the particular one of the plurality of apps indicating that the updated content has been received.

An embodiment operates by providing a navigation view of a gallery of a plurality of two-dimensional images displayed in an immersive interface and an avatar. A command is received to switch from the navigation view to a linear view of the plurality of two-dimensional images. A first image of the plurality of two-dimensional images is selected to provide via the linear view responsive to the command. An embodiment operates by determining a first position of a headset, configured to display and enable interactions with an interface of a computing system, is less than a threshold. A second position of the headset is detected and it is determined that the second position of the headset is greater than the threshold. Responsive to the determining that the second position of the headset is greater than the threshold, a menu is provided for display in the interface visible via the headset overlaying the interface.

Disclosed herein are various embodiments for image editing and sharing in an augmented reality computing environment. An embodiment operates by receiving, from a first user, an edit command indicating a selection of an image from within an augmented reality computing environment. Responsive to the edit command, the image is moved from a first location within the augmented reality computing environment to a second location within the augmented reality computing environment closer to the first user than the first location. One or more edits to the image are received from the first user. The image including the one more edits are returned to the first location upon a completion of the one or more edits.

A social media channel associated with the user is identified, wherein the social media channel includes shared media. A selection of the graphical social icon causes at least a portion of the social media channel to be rendered with a computing workspace.

A computing system can receive input data specifying a destination location for a requesting user and determine a guaranteed upfront cost for transporting the requesting user to the specified destination location. A computing system can implement pick-up location optimization by receiving trip requests and location data from computing devices of users and determining a specified region in which each requesting user is located. Each region can be associated with a plurality of eligible pickup locations. The computing system can score each of a plurality of eligible pickup locations based, at least in part, on (i) ETAs of vehicles to the pickup locations, and (ii) an amount of reduced time for utilizing each pickup location as opposed to the current location of the requesting user or a pick-up location specified by the requesting user. The size of the virtual meeting space for the first user is reduced to fit into the size of the viewing space in the first location. Disclosed herein are various embodiments for of an auto-arranging wall in an augmented reality computing environment. An embodiment operates by receiving a selection of a first one of a plurality of images from a digital wall within an augmented reality computing environment. A resize command associated with the selected first image is detected. One or more commands to increase a size of the selected first image are detected. It is determined that the increased size of the image obstructs one or more of the plurality of images on the digital wall. A visibility of a second one of the plurality of images on the digital wall is modified prior to the obstruction. The size of the image is increase in accordance with the size increase.

Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for saving and loading workspaces in augmented reality (AR) environments. An embodiment operates by detecting a command associated with a mobile device configured to interact with an augmented reality (AR) environment, wherein the command indicates an intent to include content from the mobile device in the AR environment. A flat image of the content is received from the mobile device. The flat image from the mobile device is displayed as a holographic image in the AR environment. It is determined that there are a plurality of users accessing the AR environment from a plurality of different devices, wherein each of the plurality of users can see the displayed holographic image in the AR environment.
