A fan apparatus for a cooking device is provided having a fan impeller that is held on a drive shaft of a rotary drive by its hub and is pressed against a stop of the drive shaft in an axial direction by a screw nut. In order to ensure that the fan impeller is securely held on the drive shaft, the screw nut exerts a pressing force on the fan impeller in a radial direction.

Fan apparatus for a cooking device

A high-level built-in oven unit having a housing with a heated cooking chamber having a floor opening therein. The chamber has a lowerable trap-door movable between a position closing the floor opening and a lowered position opening the floor opening. The trap-door is movable by a lifting device, which has lifting elements mounted outside of the cooking chamber.

High-level built-in oven unit

A raised-level built-in cooking appliance, such as a wall-mounted oven, has a housing with a cooking chamber that is downwardly open. A floor chamber opening is selectively closed by a lowerable trapdoor. A door guide enables the bottom door to be lowered along a lifting path. The trapdoor guide has a first guide element on the housing side and a second guide element on the trapdoor side. In addition, at least one intermediate element is provided so that the trapdoor may be lowered over as long a lifting path as possible. The intermediate element connects the first guide element to the second guide element and extends the lifting path of the trapdoor.

Raised-level built-in cooking appliance

A high-level built-in oven unit including a bottom opening in the oven unit. A removable trap-door including lifting elements to open and close the bottom opening of the oven unit. The trap door has a baking tray mounting arrangement detachably mounted thereon.

A baking oven defines a cooking space, in which a tubular, multiply bent radiant heating element is secured in a horizontally extending heating element plane. A temperature sensor for regulating the temperature of the cooking space is disposed substantially in the heating element plane and has a sensor tube that is disposed in close proximity to the radiant heating element for thermal coupling to the heating element. A temperature sensor with flexible leads is secured in the sensor tube for obtaining good coupling of the temperature sensor to the radiant heating element. The sensor tube has at least one curved portion, whereby the sensor tube curves around portions of the heating element. The heating element plane defines a measuring area lying in the heating element plane, and the temperature sensor is disposed approximately at a center of gravity of the measuring area and is substantially surrounded by the heating element.

Baking oven with temperature sensor

A slide-in unit for a baking oven with enameled guideways in oven muffle sidewall regions includes a tray with two opposite lateral supporting regions each respectively with a curled lateral edge region having at least one notch and a sliding clip clampingly secured in the edge region of the supporting regions, the clip protruding from the at least one notch and used as a sliding support for the tray. The slide-in unit can be, for example, a baking sheet. The invention also includes an improved support for a slide-in unit having two opposite lateral supporting regions each respectively with a downwardly curled lateral edge region having at least one notch for a baking oven with enameled guideways in the oven muffle sidewall regions. The improvement includes a sliding clip clampingly secured in an edge region of supporting regions of a slide-in unit, the clip protruding from notches of the edge region as a sliding support for the slide-in unit.

Enameled slide-in unit

An oven muffle has mutually spaced apart inner and outer insulating walls. An insulation layer composed of particulate material is disposed in an interstice between the inner and the outer insulating walls. At least one of the insulating walls is pretensioned toward the respective other insulating wall in order to exert a permanent pressure on the insulation layer.
