An apparatus (1) for measuring the temperature of an object (3) has a temperature sensor (5) with at least one optical fiber (7) and a temperature measurement system (10), wherein the optical fiber (7) of the temperature sensor (5) is supported by a support element (15, 17, 18). With this apparatus, the temperature even of smaller object (3) can be measured easily and accurately. A method for producing the sensor includes placing at least one optical fiber on an adhesive side of a first foil and then placing a second foil on the adhesive side of the first foil.

Apparatus for measuring the temperature of an object with a temperature

In a coaxial electrical high-frequency cable, a spacer is provided between the internal conductor and the external conductor in order to maintain the operation of the cable even in the case of elevated ambient temperatures. The spacer can be a helical profile or of individual shaped pieces made of glass or ceramic materials.

Coaxial electrical high-frequency cable

An electric cable to be used as phase winding of a three-phase alternating current winding for linear motors. The cable has a compacted, soft-annealed stranded conductor (5) on which a conductive layer (7) is firmly anchored. The insulation (8) and the outer conductive layer (9) are applied in the same operation as the extruded inner conductive layer (7) and are firmly attached to the latter. A sheathing (10) which is of good electrical conductivity and mechanically stable is applied over the outer conductive layer (9).

Electric cable for use as phase winding for linear motors

An insulated cable core is provided with a shield made of individual wires which are embedded in a first plastically deformable jacket which carries a water vapor impermeable sleeve made of wrapped or folded metal or metallized foil or ribbon whose adjoining edges are sealed. This sleeve carries a second plastically deformable jacket to be embedded in-between two such jackets. The usual protective covering is provided around the outer deformable jacket.
