An arrangement and methods for operating and for determining the speed of an electrical machine connected to a power electronic switching device and for supplying energy to a control device of the power electronic switching device. The arrangement and methods have an inductive decoupling device arranged on an electrical conductor leading from the switching device to the electrical machine, wherein a frequency determination device is used to determine the frequency of a voltage associated with a current in the electrical conductor and thus indirectly the speed of the electrical machine, and wherein a rectified output voltage of the decoupling device forms a voltage source for the control device.

Arrangement and method for supplying energy to a control device

A power semiconductor arrangement has a switching facility, a housing, having a load connection facility for connecting in an electrically conductive manner to an external supply line and having a first plug-in connecting facility for plug-in connecting to an external second plug-in connecting facility. The housing has a first opening through which a connecting facility for connecting the load connection facility and the associated external supply line is accessible. A cover facility for covering the first opening is on the housing so as to be mechanically movable from a first end position into a second end position and has a first locking facility which cooperates with the external second plug-in connecting facility, whereby the first opening is closed with the cover facility as long as it is in its first end position, as long as the external second plug-in connecting facility is inserted into the first plug-in connecting facility.

Power semiconductor arrangement having a cover facility and method for releasing it

A power semiconductor device comprising a first housing having a cutout with an opening, and a second housing. The device has a load element having external and internal sections, and a feedthrough section pressing through the opening. The feedthrough section has a first outer edge region which tapers laterally towards a first outer edge thereof and a second outer edge region which tapers laterally towards a second outer edge thereof. The first and second outer edge regions face away from one another. The first outer edge is near the lateral first end of the opening and the second outer edge is near the lateral second end of the opening. A first seal is positioned between the first housing and the feedthrough section and a second seal is positioned between the second housing and the feedthrough section. The seals contact one another laterally from the first and second outer edges.

Power semiconductor device

An electric machine has in a machine housing, a stator and a rotor which is arranged on a motor shaft which is supported on a non-drive side in a bearing unit which has a ball bearing arrangement and is arranged within the machine housing in a radially elastic and axially displaceable manner. The electric machine is preferably coupled on the drive side without a bearing via a rigid shaft coupling to a work machine, in particular to a hydraulic pump.
