An actively adjustable wheel suspension for the wheels of an axle of a motor vehicle, wherein each wheel is articulated on the body side of the motor vehicle via a plurality of wheel control elements, includes for each wheel on the axle a rotary actuator which is supported on the body side and includes a torsion bar. The two rotary actuators can be activated for active adjustment via a control unit, with the rotary actuators and the torsion bars of the rotary actuators being oriented in motor vehicle longitudinal direction. The rotary actuators include each at least one strut, which is oriented in motor vehicle transverse direction, for torque support.

Actively adjustable wheel suspension for the wheels of an axle of a motor vehicle

A subframe assembly for a vehicle includes a multipart subframe having two spaced-apart longitudinal members and two spaced-apart cross members connecting the longitudinal members. A transfer case is supported on the subframe between the longitudinal and cross members and has an input shaft in driving relation to two output shafts, and a bearing element which extends in axis-parallel relation to the input shaft and which is shifted in a direction of one of the longitudinal members and projects from the transfer case. A first one of the cross members is crossed by a portion of the transfer case at a crossing section and has two shell parts connected to one another at least at one area. Each shell part has a bracket, with the bracket of one shell part and the bracket of the other shell part jointly forming a bearing mount for the bearing element.

Subframe assembly for a vehicle

A subframe for a motor vehicle for pivotally connecting wheel suspension elements and for supporting a stabilizer which extends in a transverse direction of the motor vehicle, said subframe includes lateral longitudinal members extending in a longitudinal direction of the motor vehicle and at least one cross member connecting the longitudinal members in a transverse direction of the vehicle, the at least one cross member being constructed as a hollow profile part having a hollow profile forming a stabilizer groove, the at least one cross member having a longitudinal through passage for a cardan shaft which is drivable by a rear axle differential carried by the subframe, the through passage being vertically offset relative to the stabilizer groove. The stabilizer connects the longitudinal members in the transverse direction of the motor vehicle, and extends at least in part in the stabilizer groove between the longitudinal members.

Subframe for a motor vehicle

An axle support for a vehicle includes two longitudinal members and at least one cross member interconnecting the two longitudinal members. The at least one cross member is formed as a multi-part tailored blank component and is fixedly welded via its lateral cross member attachment zones arranged opposite in the longitudinal direction of the cross member to the respectively associated longitudinal member. The cross member is coated with a surface coating as a protective layer, in particular with a zinc layer. The lateral cross member attachment zones are each formed by an uncoated, in particular ungalvanized, single-part or multi-part sheet metal component, wherein the cross member midsection adjoining the two lateral cross member attachment zones is formed by a one-part or multi-part sheet metal component, which, when the axle support is installed, has at least one roadway-facing underside that is provided at least in some areas with the surface coating.

Axle support for a vehicle, in particular for a motor vehicle, and method for the production of such an axle support

The invention relates to a subframe () for a motor vehicle, having a base frame which forms a cavity and which is connected to a vehicle body via a plurality of fastening points, wherein the base frame has at least one force-introduction point () for receiving and/or supporting further motor vehicle components. The invention is characterized in that the cavity is locally filled with rigid foam () in the vicinity of the force-introduction point ().

An axle bracket for a front axle or rear axle of a motor vehicle includes two side members and at least one cross member interconnecting the side members and having at least one attachment point for attachment of a drive component, wherein during travel an operating force can be introduced from the drive component via the attachment point to the cross member. The cross member is constructed as a hollow profile of downwardly open U-shaped configuration to define a hollow space bounded by an upper top wall and two sidewalls depending downwards from the top wall. The cross member has a bearing site configured for securement of a stiffening element such that the stiffening element is arranged, at least in part, in the hollow space of the cross member, for increasing a strength of the cross member.

Axle bracket for a motor vehicle

An axle beam arrangement on a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, has two longitudinal beams and at least one cross beam connecting the two longitudinal beams. At least one of the beams has in an installation state of the vehicle a clearance between the beam stop region and a vehicle-side stop structure, in particular a body structure. The beam has in the beam stop region at least one stop and reinforcing element which reinforces the beam stop region and which is constructed and arranged so that it comes into supporting contact with the stop structure when the beam moves toward the stop structure.
