A synesthesia-based encryption system and method (referred to as a system) includes a camera that captures an image and a transceiver communicatively coupled to the camera and a video-only network. The system includes a sensor that monitors a location and generates a sensor message. The sensor message include information that represents a state, a measurement, and/or a detection at that location. The system's processor maps colors to characters from the sensor message to generate a replacement image. In some systems, the sensor is encrypted first. The processor integrates the replacement image within the original image or some or all of the video frames captured by the camera to form a combined image(s) and causes a transceiver to transmit the combined image(s) across the video-only network to a destination.

Synesthesia-based encryption systems

A pulsar based timing synchronization method and system are disclosed. In one example, a method includes receiving, by a pulsar signal receiver device, a pulse signal emitted from one or more celestial objects and processing, by the pulsar signal receiver device, the pulse signal to discipline a local clock to determine an accurate time output. The method also includes generating, by the pulsar signal receiver device, a timing synchronization signal based on the determined accurate time output. The method further includes providing, by the pulsar signal receiver device, the timing synchronization signal to at least one of a local power system device and a timing distribution network server.

Pulsar based timing synchronization method and system

Apparatus, methods, and systems implementing multi-sensor agent devices are described herein. The agent devices can each include a plurality of sensors for measuring parameters of interest to an entity such as an electric power utility. The sensors can be organized in individually-IP-addressable sensor clusters, with each sensor cluster including an associated microcontroller. The agent devices can be controlled by a control center of the entity to operate in a coordinated manner, such as to gather and transmit data regarding parameters of interest. The agent devices can be transported to desired areas for data collection by unmanned aerial systems such as drones, and the collected data can be stored in a distributed blockchain ledger.

A frequency visualization apparatus for detecting and displaying one or more specific sets of energy waves based on one or more of defined discrete sets of frequency ranges is disclosed, the apparatus including two or more directional radio frequency antennas for capturing a field of view, such orientation comprising a detector array, each antenna configured to output a specific voltage based on the strength of the intercepted radio waves, two or more voltage amplifiers in communication with the one or more radio frequency antennas, two or more analog to digital converters, a digital memory apparatus connected to the two or more converters for receiving and storing the digital data in a numeric array, a processor connected to the digital memory apparatus, and a display connected to the processor for displaying a visual array comprising visual array elements, each visual array element corresponding to a specific antenna of the detector.

Frequency visualization apparatus and method

A system and apparatus for: (i) receiving an image of a visually perceptible scene; (ii) sensing the presence and intensity of signals in a selected frequency band, which may include one or more of radio frequency, microwave, infrared, visible and ultraviolet, in part or all of the scene; (iii) displaying the frequency band as a visually distinguishable overlay on the visually perceptible scene; and (iv) indicating whether the signal intensity for a selected frequency interval is changing with passage of time.
