A drive axle () and a motor vehicle having the drive axle () are proposed. The drive axle () includes an axle body () in which at least one axle shaft () extends. The drive axle () has at least one wheel carrier (), which is arranged on a wheel-side end () of the axle body (), and at least one steering assembly (). The drive axle () is preferably in the form of a rigid axle and the axle body () has a receiving structure () for accommodating a drive unit (), and the steering assembly () is directly connected to the axle body ().

Drive axle for a motor vehicle

A drivable axle for a vehicle, in particular a rigid axle. The drivable axle has an axle body designed to accommodate an axle shaft and a receiving structure for receiving a vehicle element which is integrated into a drive-train of the vehicle. The receiving structure is connected to the axle body and is designed to receive a drive unit of the vehicle and has openings for connection to the axle shaft. The receiving structure has at least one fixing area for fixing the drive unit to the receiving structure.

Drivable axle for a vehicle

A wheel suspension having at least one chassis suspension link, a first track rod and a second track rod. A deflecting lever connects the first track rod and the second track rod to one another and the deflecting lever is mounted on the at least one chassis suspension link. To produce a simple structure of the bearing system, the bearing system is in the form of a slide bearing which is accommodated by a bearing section of the at least one chassis suspension link, in which a fastener, that connects the deflecting lever and the at least one chassis suspension link, is fitted.
