An actuator includes a metal housing that consists of multiple housing parts, an electric motor, an actuating member, a transmission mechanism that adapts the movement of the electric motor to the actuating member and an electronic system for controlling the electric motor. A heat sink is situated in a housing part consisting of plastic, said heat sink being connected to a metal housing part.

A valve device for a motor vehicle includes a housing, a flow channel located in the housing, and a flap arranged in the flow channel for closing the flow channel. The flap has regions in which a shaft penetrating the flap is fastened, and the shaft is rotatably supported in the housing. The flap has a spherical elevation at least on one side.

Valve device for a motor vehicle

A valve device for a motor vehicle includes: a housing; a flow duct situated in the housing; and a flap arranged in the flow duct to close off the flow duct, the flap having regions in which a shaft penetrating the flap is fastened. The shaft is rotatably mounted in the housing and a valve seat is arranged in the flow duct, the valve seat being in contact with the flap in the closed position thereof. At least one portion of the flow duct adjacent to the valve seat has a cross section smaller than the inside diameter of the valve seat.

A valve device for a fuel cell arrangement in a motor vehicle includes: a housing; a flow channel extending in the housing; a flap configured to influence a flow cross-section in the flow channel; a shaft to which the flap is attached, the shaft being rotatably supported in the housing; a drive configured to drive the flap via the shaft; a valve seat arranged in the flow channel; and a seal including polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) arranged on a radially peripheral edge of the flap, the seal being configured to contact the valve seat with the flap in a closed position of the flap, so that the shaft passes through the flap at an angle. The seal includes a spring.

Valve device in a motor vehicle

A power control device for drive motors in motor vehicles, in particular an accelerator pedal, includes an operating lever which may be operated by an operating force against a return force from a rest position on pivoting about a pivot axis. A damping device for damping the pivot motion of the operating lever is also included. The damping device is a friction device which includes a friction element. The friction element acts upon a component of the operating lever such that in addition to the return force a friction force is also overcome during a pivot movement of the operating lever in a direction away from the rest position.

The present invention is directed to a valve which includes a housing having a valve seat for a flap that is rotationally mounted on a drive shaft. A double wound lamellar ring is arranged outside and around the flap in a peripheral groove of the flap. The invention also relates to the use of the valve.

A valve having a housing with a valve seat for a two-piece flap which is rotatably mounted on a drive shaft. An annular piston seal and an adjacent cover disk are disposed between the first part and the second part of the two-piece flap so as to revolve there-around. The diameter of the cover disk is smaller than the diameter of the annular piston seal which is embodied as a metal ring that is provided with a gap. The invention also relates to the use of said valve as a gas recirculation valve.

A throttle valve connection piece for an internal combustion engine is disclosed, the piece including a housing and a throughflow opening in which the valve is pivotably mounted around a pivot axis. The pivot axis extends in a perpendicular manner with respect to a longitudinal axis the opening. The valve is used to close the throughflow opening. When in a closed position, the valve is inclined at a defined setting angle in relation to the longitudinal axis. The radial peripheral edge of the valve rests against the inner wall of the throughflow opening and the throughflow opening has a cylindrical shape at least in the region where the valve comes to rest. The cylindrical region of rest in relation to the longitudinal axis of the throughflow opening forms a circular cylinder which is cut on both sides at a certain angle, the levels of the cut are inclined at a similar angle in relation to the longitudinal axis.

The invention relates to a valve comprised of a housing with a valve seat for a flap that is rotatably mounted on a drive shaft. The exterior of the flap is provided with a first piston sealing ring and a second piston sealing ring that are placed inside an encircling groove of the flap. Each sealing ring is provided in the form of a metal ring. The first ring has a first gap and the second ring has a second gap that are not aligned with one another. The invention also relates to the use of said valve.

A pedal having a pivotably mounted pedal arm, which is prestressed into an initial position by means of a restoring-spring element designed as a leg spring, has a friction body which is prestressed against a friction surface by the restoring-spring element. The friction body is designed as an eccentric cam plate and thus, in addition to a hysteresis, also permits a non-linear profile of the pedal-actuating force.
