A method for transforming plastic preforms into plastic bottles, in which preforms are introduced into blowing stations, each blowing station having at least one blow mold and a stretching rod for stretching the preform along a longitudinal axis of the preform within the blow mold, and the preforms are expanded to form the plastic bottles by being acted upon by a gaseous medium in the blow mold, wherein a wall thickness of the plastic container is measured by at least one measuring device which outputs the measured values to a closed-loop and/or open-loop control device, wherein at least a stretching speed of the stretching rod is varied by the closed-loop and/or open-loop control device at least at times and/or at least in some locations during the blowing operation, individually for each blowing station, in order to adjust a wall thickness of the plastic bottles.

Method for transforming plastic preforms

The invention relates to a system for transforming plastics material preforms into plastics material containers having a plurality of blow molding stations which are arranged on a carrier and in each case comprise a blow mold for expanding plastics material preforms into plastics material containers inside this blow mold by means of a pressurized pneumatic medium which is supplied to the respective blow molding station via a pressure supply device and which is at least partially extracted again from the respective blow molding station after the expansion operation via a pressure extraction device. According to the invention it has an energy conversion device, with the aid of which at least part of the potential energy stored in an energy store can be turned into an increase in the potential energy of a pneumatic medium associated with at least one blow mold, wherein the energy conversion device has an intermediate energy storage device, and at least part of the potential energy extracted from the energy store, and the energy transmitted by the energy conversion device, can be stored in the form of kinetic energy in the intermediate energy storage device.

In a blow moulding machine for the production of plastics material containers, during a blow mould procedure, the container to be expanded is supplied with blow moulding air from a first gas preparation device on the one hand or from a second gas preparation device on the other hand. During this procedure a cooling of the base of the container is additionally carried out.

A device for molding plastic blanks to give plastic containers with a blow mold may include a cavity within which a plastic blank may be molded to give a plastic container. The blow mold has a base part to form a base section of the container. The base part defines the cavity. The device may include a filling device for introducing a gaseous medium into the plastic blank via the mouth thereof, in order to expand the plastic blank within the blow mold, with a rod-like body, which may be moved relative to the blow mold in order to draw the plastic blank during the molding process. The base part has a forming section defining the cavity, for forming the base section of the container which matches the shape of the base section of the container, and the forming section has a projection running in the direction of the cavity in a central region.

Device and method for producing plastic containers and plastic containers produced by said method

An apparatus for filling containers, in particular bottles, has at least one transport device for transporting the containers, at least one filling device for filling the containers and a tempering device for tempering a bottom area of the container. The tempering device is located at least at times at least partially in or below the bottom area of the transported containers and the filling device is arranged at least at times at least partially in or above a mouth area of the transported containers. The tempering device is mounted on the apparatus in such a way that tempering during or after filling becomes possible.
