A container for a flexible bag of liquid that supports the bag during transportation, storage and use in dispensing of the liquid. The container is made from two generally similar pans that form lower and upper parts of the container. Each pan includes a plurality of generally similar multiple projections that function to support the container on a surface as well as in a stable stacked formation.

Flexible container handling system

A closure for attachment to a centrifuge bottle. The closure comprises an end wall and a sidewall extending from the end wall. The sidewall comprises a first terminal end, a second terminal end, a first transition surface, and a second transition surface. The first terminal end has a first outer peripheral boundary at a first radial distance from an axial centerline. The second terminal end has a second outer peripheral boundary at a second radial distance from the axial centerline. The second radial distance is less than the first radial distance. The first transition surface extends between the first outer peripheral boundary and the second transition surface. The second transition surface extends between the first transition surface and the second outer peripheral boundary.

A liquid sample collection system includes a container having an interior reservoir for receiving the liquid sample, and a valve assembly that may be coupled to the container to facilitate collecting the liquid sample, the valve assembly includes a valve housing having a funnel-shaped inlet for directing liquid into the container and a valve that automatically closes when the container is full. The valve assembly further includes a separator configured to inhibit particulate material from entering the valve housing inlet.

Liquid sample collection system

A dispensing container including a receptacle portion for holding liquids and an upper opening having a closure device. The closure device is embodied in threaded cap which closes a relatively large opening in the top of the receptacle portion for filling purposes. The closure device includes a spout connected to the threaded cap for sliding movement between open and closed positions. The spout includes a plug member having a resilient static sealing element. A tubular closure element is secured to the threaded cap and includes a plug bore which receives the plug member and further defines a fluid flow path. A resilient dynamic sealing element is disposed on an outer surface of the tubular closure element and the dynamic sealing element is in continuous contact with an inner surface of the spout during sliding movement thereof. The tubular closure element further includes an upper sealing surface adapted to engage the static sealing element and apply axial compression thereto when the spout is in a closed position. A flip-top protective cover is connected to the threaded cap and, in a closed position, the protective cover maintains the static sealing element in axial compression against the sealing surface.

Squeeze bottle and leakproof closure device

A container and cap assembly comprising a receiving container and a cap for engagement therewith. Engagement means is provided for quick assembly or disassembly of the cap from the container which comprises at least two recesses in the cylindrical outer wall of the lower end of the cap for receiving corresponding locking pins on the cylindrical wall of the container. The recesses each comprise a first receiving portion and a locking portion. The locking pins each have a substantially elongated outer configuration with respect to longitudinal axis of the container.

A plastic filter assembly having an upper receiving container and a lower receiving container. Either the top or bottom container is provided with at least two recesses for receiving a locking pin in the container not having recesses. The recess has a first receiving portion and a locking portion. The locking pin has an angled engaging surface inclined with respect to longitudinal axis of the container.
