A table with a molded plastic body and a molded plastic plug fitted in a large round bottom opening in the body. A sealed internal body volume accommodates ballast. An internal hollow sleeve extends from an opening in the top of the body two a hollow core in the plug. An upper and lower corrugated gripping elements in the hollow sleeve and in the hollow core of the plug grip the pole of an umbrella. The round plug retained in the large round bottom opening by spin welding the round plug within the large round bottom opening.

There is disclosed a dry bulk hopper system that includes a generally frustoconical bottle and a base having a tapered wall that defines a cradle for holding the bottle. The bottle has locking tabs disposed at bottom end thereof that cooperate with engagement ledges to secure the bottle to the base when the bottle has been received into the base in a first orientation, but not in a second orientation. Extruded support columns are disposed inside an interior of the base to distribute loads created by material in the bottle when the system is raised by a forklift.

A pallet is taught having two openings on at least one side of the pallet, the two openings formed by a bisecting wall separating the openings. More specifically, at least one bisecting post creates a first opening and a second opening Each of the said first and second openings each have a convexly curved runner, said runner convexly curved along its width; and a concavely curved ceiling, said ceiling concavely curved along its width wherein the center point of the radius of the curved runner varies from the radius of the curved ceiling.

An asymmetric mold core for forming curved floor openings in pallets is taught. The mold core contains: a base, the base attachable to a frame in a rotomold, a bottom section integral at a distal end to the base, the bottom section comprising a bottom convex curve having a bottom convex curve radius and a bottom convex curve rotational center, a top section integral at a distal end to the base, the top section comprising a top convex curve, the top convex curve having a top convex curve radius and a top convex curve rotational center, the top convex curve radius being different from the bottom convex curve radius and the top convex curve rational center differing from the bottom convex curve rotational center; a first side section, the first side section positioned and integral at a distal end to the base and positioned between and integral with the bottom section and the top section; a second side section the second side section positioned and integral at a distal end to the base and positioned between and integral with the bottom section and the top section, the second side section positioned parallel to the first side section; and a face.

Core mold and a method of use in creating a pallet with a curved opening

An asymmetric mold core and method for use for forming curved floor openings in pallets is taught. The mold core contains: a base, the base attachable to a frame in a rotomold, a bottom section integral at a distal end to the base, and a top section integral at a distal end to the base. Both the top section and the bottom section have convex radial curve shape, but the top section curve and the bottom section curve are positioned by having different centers of rotation so when the core is actuated it is only actuated around the center of rotation about the bottom curve which causes the top cure to drop away from the upper molded surface.

A storage and tote box for tools such as, for example, punches and dies for the production of pharmaceutical tablets and caplets which includes a container for accommodating a plurality of tools with a tray being removably accommodated in the container for suspending the respective tools therein. A support is provided on the upper surface of the tray for supporting an upper portion of the respective tools above the upper surface of the tray, with the positional locking arrangement being provided on the tray for locking the respective tools in position relative to the tray. A lid is provided for covering an open end of the container, with the lid being provided with a recess for accommodating a bottom of a further container thereby permitting stacking of a plurality of individual containers.
