A pull-out system comprises at least two pull-out guides, each pull-out guide having a stationary rail and at least one rail that can be moved relative to the stationary rail, means for synchronizing the movement of the movable rails being provided, said means comprising at least one flexible deflector element for synchronization. In this way, the movement of wide or heavy pull-out units can be synchronized in a simple manner, producing little noise.

A pull-out guide for furniture parts which can move relative to one another includes at least two pull-out rails, between which at least one first roller body and at least one second roller body are disposed, which are held in a rotatable manner in at least one roller body cage, the at least one first roller body having a greater nominal diameter and a lower modulus of elasticity than the at least one second roller body of the roller body cage. The running rail is provided with two rows of clamp-like holders which lie one above the other and in which two wires of a dish rack which lie one above the other and run horizontally can be fixed, with the result that the dish rack is held in a dimensionally stable manner.

A track assembly for a pull-out member, such as a drawer for a piece of furniture or an oven tray for cooked food, includes a stationary guide rail, a runner slidable with respect to the guide rail in an operating direction between extracted and retracted positions and coupled to a pull-out slide member, and a spring-biased brake mechanism mounted transversely to the operating direction of the runner and bearing upon at least one flank of the runner, to thereby impede a smooth run between the runner and the guide rail of the track assembly in cases in which a certain degree of sluggishness is desired.
