The disclosure provides for a method including: a) forming a layered tubular member () by placing one or more outer layers () about an inner layer () and joining at one or more seams () along a length of the layered tubular member, wherein the one or more outer layers include a first resin impregnated therein; b) applying the first resin or a second resin at the one or more seams; c) creating one or more fillets () along the one or more seams with the first resin, the second resin, or an adhesive; and d) curing the first resin, the second resin, and the adhesive so that the layered tubular member, the first resin, the second resin, and the adhesive form a composite structure having a tubular shape.

A fitment is provided and includes a top portion, a base, and a channel extending through the top portion and the base for passage of a flowable material. The base includes a pair of opposing sidewalls. The sidewalls extend around the channel. The sidewalls are joined together at opposing ends. The present disclosure provides a container and a process for producing the container. In an embodiment, the process includes placing a sleeve bag on valve assembly (SBoV) in a blow mold apparatus. The blow mold apparatus has two opposing and movable molds. The SBoV has a valve seat. The process includes extending a parison of flowable polymeric material around the SBoV and between the opposing molds. The process includes moving the opposing molds to a closed position and pressing an upstream portion of the parison against the valve seat. The process includes blow molding a downstream portion of the parison into a container-shape within the closed mold. The process includes forming a container with the valve seat melt bonded to a neck portion of the container.

The present disclosure provides a dispenser for pressurized material. In an embodiment, the dispenser for pressurized material includes a container half having an exposed edge and a closure member at the exposed edge. The container half has a cup half in an interior top portion. The dispenser includes a reciprocal container half having a reciprocal exposed edge and a reciprocal closure member at the reciprocal exposed edge. The reciprocal container half has a reciprocal cup half in an interior top portion. The closure member and the reciprocal closure member matingly engage along the exposed edges to attach the container half to the reciprocal container half and form a container. The dispenser includes a sleeve bag on valve (SBoV) assembly in an interior of the container. The SBoV assembly includes a valve seat. The cup and the reciprocal cup support the valve seat to secure the SBoV assembly in the container.

The present disclosure provides a flexible container. In an embodiment, the flexible container includes a first multilayer film and a second multilayer film. Each multilayer film comprises an inner seal layer. The multilayer films are arranged such that the seal layers oppose each other and the second multilayer film is superimposed on the first multilayer film. The multilayer films are sealed along a common peripheral edge. The flexible container includes an orifice in one of the multilayer films, and a pop-up spout extends through the orifice. The pop-up spout has a flange sealed to the multilayer film around the orifice. The pop-up spout comprises an ethylene/&#x3b1;-olefin multi-block copolymer.

The present disclosure provides a flexible container. In an embodiment, the flexible container includes (A) four panels adjoined along a common peripheral seal. The common peripheral seal is composed of a first side seal, an opposing second side seal, a top seal, and an opposing bottom seal. The four seals form a chamber. (B) Each panel includes a bottom face, and the four bottom faces are sealed together to define a bottom section. The flexible container includes (C) an upper spout seal extending from the first side seal to the second side seal. The flexible container also includes (D) a lower spout seal. (E) The upper spout seal and the lower spout seal each include a respective spout seal segment and a respective chamber seal segment. (F) The chamber seal segments define a sealed chamber top. (G) The lower spout seal segment is reciprocally aligned with the upper spout seal segment to form a spout. The spout extends from the sealed chamber top to the second side seal.

A dispenser comprises a housing defining at least three feed channels, a spool valve with a spool defining at least three flow passages, a deformable sealing plug in at least two of the feed channels and in sealing orientation with both the housing and the spool, and a nipple in at least the two feed channels of the housing comprising sealing plugs; wherein the spool can reversibly rotate between an open orientation and a closed orientation can dispense two-component form formulations that are free of gaseous blowing agents.

The present disclosure provides a flexible container. In an embodiment, the flexible container includes a front panel, a rear panel, a first gusseted side panel, and a second gusseted side panel, the gusseted side panels adjoining the front panel and the rear panel along (i) peripheral seals to form a chamber; and (ii) handle seals to form a handle, the handle located at an end of the chamber and including a pocket formed from the handle seals. The pocket contains a grip member.

Dynamic foot repositioning systems for a gliding board including a platform, having a top surface and a bottom surface, the platform including a foot receptacle disposed on the top surface of the platform, and a tether coupled to the platform with a distal end protruding from the bottom surface of the platform. The systems further include a guide track configured to slidably receive the distal end of the tether, the guide track defining a motion path over which the platform slides freely in response to forces applied by a user's foot while the gliding board is traversing a supporting surface.
