A fluid supply unit includes a hydraulic supply unit and a pressure generator for the fluid and a pressure outlet. A pressure booster is installed between the pressure generator and the pressure outlet and is rigidly mechanically connected with the pressure generator, wherein the pressure booster () is driven by a portion of the fluid generated by the pump.

A hydraulic pressure amplifier with a housing which has an end face at a low pressure side and an end face at a high pressure side and a circumferential wall between the two end faces, wherein an outlet valve is arranged adjacent the end face on the high pressure side, and an outlet duct for the hydraulic liquid which is under high pressure. In a pressure amplifier of the above-described type, the outlet duct opens into the circumferential wall or extends through a connection plug which is screwed into the end face on the high pressure side and closes off an assembly duct which receives the outlet valve.

Hydraulic pressure amplifier

A hydraulic tool has a motor, a valve, a hydraulic intensifier, and a supply connector. The hydraulic intensifier is arranged between the valve and the motor. The valve and the motor are arranged behind one another in a longitudinal direction of the tool. The hydraulic intensifier has at least one intensifier piston having a movement direction that is positioned at a first angle greater than 0&#xb0; relative to the longitudinal direction of the tool.

A double-acting hydraulic pressure intensifier includes a supply connection, a return connection, a high-pressure connection. An intensifier piston assembly includes a low-pressure piston arranged in a low-pressure cylinder and two high-pressure pistons connected to the low-pressure piston each arranged in a high-pressure cylinder. A switching valve assembly includes a displace able, hydraulically controlled valve element which on its two opposite sides in the direction of displacement has control pressure chambers with pressure application areas of different sizes, namely, a first control pressure chamber with a smaller pressure application area and a second control pressure chamber with a larger pressure application area. A stop plug is arranged between the second control pressure chamber and the supply connection.

Double-acting hydraulic pressure intensifier

A hydraulic pressure intensifier includes a supply connection, a return connection, and a high-pressure connection. An intensifier piston assembly includes a high-pressure cylinder with a high-pressure piston displaceable therein and a low-pressure cylinder having a greater cross-section than the high-pressure cylinder, with a low-pressure piston which is displaceable therein. The low-pressure piston is connected to the high-pressure piston and divides the low-pressure cylinder into a first low-pressure chamber on the side of the high-pressure piston and a second low-pressure chamber. A switching valve acts on the second low-pressure chamber with pressure from a pressure source or relieves it of pressure. The switching valve includes a valve element which in one direction of movement is subjected to a pressure in a first control pressure chamber with a smaller pressure application area and in the opposite direction of movement is subjected to a pressure in a second control pressure chamber with a larger pressure application area. The pressure in the second control pressure chamber is controlled by the low-pressure piston.
