A method for producing a polymer from a first component and a second component using a reactor () offers technical advantages, wherein reaction heat produced in the reactor () is discharged via a boiling cooler () by supplying gaseous vapors produced in the reactor () to the boiling cooler (). A product flow containing condensed vapors is returned to the reactor () from the boiling cooler () via a separation vessel (), and an aqueous phase is separated from the product flow in the separation vessel (). A system is provided for producing a polymer from a first component and a second component, comprising a reactor () and a boiling cooler () for discharging reaction heat produced in the reactor (). A separation vessel () is arranged between the boiling cooler () and the reactor () such that a product flow containing condensed vapors is returned to the reactor () from the boiling cooler () via the separation vessel ().

Method and system for producing a polymer

The invention relates to a method for polymerizing acrylates using a reactor (). Reaction heat produced in the reactor () is discharged via a boiling cooler () in that gaseous vapors produced in the reactor () are supplied to the boiling cooler (), and condensed vapors are returned to the reactor () from the boiling cooler (). At least one component containing acrylate is at least partly added via the boiling cooler () and reaches the reactor () via the boiling cooler (). The invention additionally relates to a system for polymerizing an acrylate, comprising a reactor () and a boiling cooler () for discharging reaction heat produced in the reactor (). The boiling cooler () has at least one filling opening () for supplying at least one component containing acrylate.

Method and system for polymerizing acrylates

The invention relates to a method for producing a polymer from a first component and a second component by means of a reactor (), wherein reaction heat in the reactor () is discharged via an evaporative cooler (), wherein gaseous exhaust vapour in the reactor () is supplied to the evaporative cooler (), and condensed exhaust vapour is guided from the evaporative cooler () back into the reactor (). In this way, the first component and/or second component are supplied at least partially via the evaporative cooler () and moved from the evaporative cooler () into the reactor (). The invention also relates to a system for producing a polymer, comprising a reactor () and an evaporative cooler () for discharging reaction heat in the reactor (). In addition, the evaporative cooler () has at least one filling opening () for filling in the first and/or second component.

The invention relates to a thermoplastic molding compound containing: a) 50 to 85 parts of one or more terpolymers based on acrylnitril, alpha-methylstyrene, and styrene as component A, said terpolymers consisting of: 5 to 30 wt. % styrene, 15 to 35 wt. % acrylnitril, 50 to 70 wt. % alpha-methylstyrene, and 0 to 5 wt. % additional copolymerizable monomers, b) 15 to 50 parts of one or more impact-modifying graft rubbers with an olefinic double bond in the rubber phase as component B, c) 0 to 45 parts of one or more copolymers based on styrene and acrylnitril as component C, said copolymers consisting of: 71 to 81 wt. % styrene, 29 to 19 wt. % acrylnitril, and 0 to 5 wt. % additional copolymerizable monomers, and optionally additives and fibrous and/or particulate fillers. A thermoplastic molding composition having little intrinsic color is produced from a graft copolymer and a thermoplastic polymer. The graft copolymer is produced from a soft elastomeric particulate graft base obtained by polymerization of a conjugated diene alone or with a small amount of a monoethylenically unsaturated monomer, upon which is grafted a vinylaromatic monomer and acrylonitrile and optionally another monoethylenically unsaturated monomer. The thermoplastic polymer is a copolymer of a vinylaromatic monomer and acrylonitrile and optionally an additional monoethylenically unsaturated monomer.
