A table saw includes a primary table having an opening through which a saw blade extends, and an auxiliary table slidably coupled to the primary table at one side. A fence is movable on the primary table and the auxiliary table relative to the saw blade. A first scale is provided on the primary table and exposed to the outside. A first index is provided at the fence for indicating readings of the first scale. A second scale is kept from sight when the auxiliary table is abutted against the primary table and exposed to the outside for reading by a second index when the auxiliary table is pulled outwards from the table.

A rip fence for movable and positionable use on a worktable of a cutting machine includes an adjusting handle for control locking of the fence to the worktable, and a trigger, which keeps the fence locked to the worktable when it is not pressed and, which enables the user to unlock the fence from the worktable by operating the adjusting handle when it is pressed.

A folding collapsible stand for supporting a table saw includes a rectangular top frame and a plurality of folding collapsible legs respectively pivoted to the top frame and respectively formed of a top tube, a bottom tube, a connector, and a pivot. The connector is mounted in the bottom tube, having a top stop device and two bottom extension strips. The bottom extension strips each have a knob that is engaged into a locating hole in the bottom tube to hold the top tube and the bottom tube in straight when the respective folding collapsible leg is extended out. Pressing the knob of each bottom extension strip away from the locating hole of the bottom tube allows the bottom tube to be turned relative to the top tube to a collapsed position.

A mounting structure for connecting detachably a saw blade guard to a worktable of a bench saw includes a first connector at the worktable, a second connector at the saw blade guard, and a fastening member for fastening the second connector to the first connector. The first connector has a block member provided with a screw hole. The second connector has a connecting block provided with a through hole and a conical hole, and a cone fitted into the conical hole and having a through hole and a socket fitted onto the block member. The fastening member has a head stopped at one end of the connecting block, and a threaded shank inserted through the through hole of the connecting block and the through hole of the cone and threaded into the screw hole of the block member to lock the second connector to the first connector.

A table saw comprises a circular saw blade suspended in an elongated slot of a worktable and adapted to cut a workpiece, a rib fence adapted to stop the workpiece on the worktable for cutting, a transverse bar fastened to two parallel sliding rods and moved with the sliding rods relative to the worktable to adjust the pitch between the circular saw blade and the rib fence, a connecting member adapted to connect the rib fence to the transverse bar for enabling the rib fence to be moved with the transverse bar on the worktable in direction perpendicular to the slot, the rib fence being connectable to the transverse rib fence and movable on the transverse bar in direction parallel to the slot after disconnection of the connecting member from the rib fence and the transverse bar.

A work bench of a process machine has a first work table and a second work table which is joined with the first work table such that the second work table is capable of moving toward or away from the first work table; a material stopping member of a material stopping device capable of moving between the first and the second work tables, an indicating devise comprising a ruler and an indicating portion. A worktable of a workpiece finishing machine comprises a first worktable and a second worktable. The first worktable has a first joining portion. The second worktable has a second joining portion which is joined with the first joining portion to enable the second worktable to slide back and forth along a predetermined direction provided by the first joining portion, thereby resulting in a change in the area formed between the first worktable and the second worktable for placing a workpiece to be finished by the workpiece finishing machine. The worktable further comprises a locating device formed of an arresting member with a first friction portion, and an actuating mechanism which is mounted on the second worktable and is connected with the arresting member. The arresting member is actuated to move back and forth between a first position and a second position, so as to enable the arresting member to press against the first worktable to attain the effect of locating the second worktable.
