Apparatus, systems, and methods for providing a screening surface in a vibratory machine are provided. In one example embodiment, a screening system includes a plurality of bucker bar covers. Each bucker bar cover is adapted to fit over one of a plurality of bucker bars. Each bucker bar cover can have one or more recesses. The system further includes a plurality of panel fastening members (e.g., panel fastening straps, panel fastening shrouds, etc.). Each panel fastening member is adapted to extend across the plurality of bucker bar covers in one of the one or more recesses of the bucker bar covers. Each panel fastening member can have a fastening feature. The system can further include a plurality of screen panels. Each screen panel can have a fastening recess having a shape adapted to engage with the fastening feature of one of the panel fastening members.

Screening system for portable vibratory machine

A system, method, and apparatus for detecting wear in a screening arrangement is disclosed. The system, method, and apparatus can include a sensor that is configured to provide a notification signal when a surface of a screen panel has worn to a threshold level. The threshold level can be based at least in part on the amount of wear that requires replacement of a screen panel to prevent breakthrough or contamination. The notification signal provided by the sensor can be used to identify which screen panel or region of screen panels has been worn to the threshold level so that the screen panels can be replaced in a timely manner. The sensor may be coupled to a conductor embedded in one of the screen panels that is altered when a screen panel has worn to a threshold level, triggering the sensor to provide the notification signal.

System, method, and apparatus for detecting wear in a screening arrangement

A screening panel is provided for screening particulate materials. The screening panel includes a peripheral frame and a plurality of ribs. The peripheral frame has an upper surface, a lower surface, and an outer peripheral surface interconnecting the upper surface and lower surface. Further, the peripheral frame defines an opening. The ribs extend across the opening and define a screening surface. Each of the plurality of ribs has a substantially flat upper surface. The screening panel further includes at least one generally arcuate raised member extending from the upper surface of each of the plurality of ribs. The raised members facilitate screening the particulate materials.

Screening arrangement

A screening arrangement and a modular system and modular protective cover for protecting a support frame in a screening arrangement is disclosed. The modular system includes a plurality of modular protective covers mounted in side-by-side relationship. Each of the modular protective covers includes a top surface and two opposing side walls that define a recess. The modular protective cover has a male component located at a first end of the modular protective cover and a female component located at a second end of the modular protective cover. The male component of the modular protective cover is adapted to mate with the female component of an adjacent modular protective cover to provide a generally continuous protective surface along a length of a support frame.
