A device for transmitting the position of a drivebelt pulley of a continually variable automatic transmission to a valve arrangement includes a lever assembly extending between the valve and a variable displacement abutment connected to a sensor foot contacting the pulley. The position of the sensor foot is displaceable on an axial guide rod according to the position of a threaded bushing.
