A pipe connection comprises a connecting piece, a pipe and a clamping ring. The pipe and the clamping ring are made of a material having memory properties. An end of the pipe and the clamping ring have been reversibly expanded co-jointly and firmly and sealingly shrunk to the connecting piece by back shrinkage. Preferably the clamping ring is made from a cross-linked polyolefin by injection molding.

Pipe connection

A swivel joint includes a pipe part and a swivel nut. The pipe part has a first end and a second end and the swivel nut has a first end and a second end. The swivel nut is positioned on the pipe part such that the first end of the swivel nut forms a swivel connection with the first end of the pipe part. The swivel nut and the pipe part include shoulders against each other for preventing separation of the swivel nut from the pipe part. The swivel nut is made such that the swivel nut and the pipe part are connected together by pushing the first end of the swivel nut towards the first end of the pipe part whereby the swivel nut and the pipe part are connected by a snap joint.

Swivel joint

A pipe coupling for connection to a pipe end of pipe made of polymer material includes an inner sleeve which is intended for insertion into the pipe end and for abutment with the inner surface of the pipe end, and an outer sleeve which is intended for abutment with the outer surface of the pipe end and which includes a slot-like opening. The pipe coupling also includes a device for adjusting the opening, and a pre-widening device positioned between the edges of the slot-like opening. The pre-widening device makes the slot-like opening larger such that the inner diameter of the outer sleeve is larger than the outer diameter of the pipe.

A manifold () comprises a body () with a plurality of branch fittings () diverging therefrom. The inner surface of the body () is conical such that the inner cross-sectional area of the body () decreases in the direction of flow. The manifold () is particularly well suited for use in tap water systems. The manifold () can be manufactured e.g. from polyphenyl sulfone PPSU, polysulphone PSU, polyvinylidene fluoride PVDF, glass fiber reinforced polyamide PA, or cross-linked polyolefin plastic.
