A blade fastening device is provided with a hollow clamping member including an axial channel for disposing a portion of a blade therein, and at least one slit formed on a peripheral surface so that the hollow clamping member is configured to be flexibly compressible; and a cylindrical extension formed with a first end of the hollow clamping member. The blade fastening device is capable of preventing cutting fluid from leaking, guiding cutting fluid to a cutting site, and fastening a blade so that a deflection of the blade is made impossible.

Blade fastening device having a waterproof arrangement

A tools holder is provided with a base including a rear fastening member configured to secure to a mounting groove of a lathe, and a front groove member, and at least one hole extending from an outer surface to the groove member; a blade including a front cutting member and a rear tenon fitted into the groove member; and at least one fastener each driven through one of the at least one hole to urge against the tenon for fastening the base and the blade. The tools holder is capable of increasing length by assembling at least one interconnecting member between the base and the blade. Further, the assembly is secured due to complimentary engagement of any two adjacent components and the provision of threaded fasteners.

A boring bar fastening device for a single or double blade is provided with a body, a first fastening device releasably mounted to the body, a first boring bar fastening member releasably mounted on the first fastening device, a first blade releasably mounted on the first boring bar fastening member, a second fastening device releasably mounted to the body, and a second blade releasably mounted on the second boring bar fastening member. Alternatively, both the second boring bar fastening member and the second blade are replaced by a balance weight. Two configurations are provided for selection depending on applications.

Boring bar fastening device for single or double blade

A tool chucking apparatus to hold a machining cutter or tool includes a holding member and a fastening member that are coupled together to form a grip space inside to hold a collet. The collet has a plurality of pawl structures with a plurality of elastic slots formed thereon. When the holding member and the fastening member are coupled, the collet has one end tightly held in the holding member and the other end tightly held in the fastening member. Hence the two ends of the collet contract the elastic slots to tightly grip the cutter or tool. As a result, machining precision improves, safety enhances and the life span of the cutter or tool increases.

Tool chucking apparatus

A tool holding module comprises a fixture seat and a tool rod. The fixture seat has a first outer surface on an external wall, a first top surface on one end, and a fixture head is located on the same end. The fixture head has a second outer surface on an external wall and a second top surface on one end. The internal wall of the tool rod has first and second inner surfaces respectively corresponding to the first and second outer surfaces, and has first and second butting surfaces respectively corresponding to the first and second top surfaces. The tool rod and fixture seat are connected to enfold the fixture head. The security of the tool holding module is enhanced via close contact of the first outer and inner surfaces, the second outer and inner surfaces, the first top and butting surfaces, the second top and butting surfaces.

Tool holding module

An improved shuck has one end coupling with a fabrication machine through a holding member. The chuck includes a coupling structure, a grip means and a shank. The coupling structure has a first screwing portion at one end and a fastening member at the other end. The grip means has a second screwing portion at one end engageable with the first screwing portion and a plurality of grip jaws at the other end inclined outwards. The coupling structure and the grip means are held in a through hole formed in the shank. The through hole has an internal side to form compact holding of the grip means to firmly hold a tool. After the coupling structure is anchored through the fastening member, the shank can be turned to drive the grip means to move, and the grip jaws can be expanded or contracted to release or grip the tool.

A tool chucking apparatus includes a fastening member, a collet, a holding member and an extension member. The fastening member has a first housing space to hold the collet. The collet has pawl structures spaced in an annular manner and formed in a conical structure. The conical structure has a top end directing towards the fastening member. The extension member includes a support portion and an anchor portion coupled together. The support portion has another end tightly coupled with the collet and the fastening member. The anchor portion has another end tightly coupled with the holding member. The support portion is selectable at a desired length specification according to the cutter or tool. The fastening member, collet, holding member and extension member are hollow in the center thereof to form an installation passage after assembly to hold the cutter or tool.

A methodology for characterization of an IP (Intellectual Property) component is provided. Digital pins are recognized by skipping analog pins and special IO pins. First two layers of the IP component are classified in response to connection of the input pins. Partial circuits of the IP component are extracted for simulation. Three corners of IP library are generated. Therefore, input capacitance of the IP component is simulated.

IP characterization and for path finding methods, and a computer readable recording medium for storing program are provided. First, an Intellectual Property (IP) component is provided. Then, a plurality of test patterns for all paths in the IP component is automatically generated. The test patterns are then sequentially input into the IP component for simulation, and a plurality of corresponding simulation results is generated. Finally, an IP characteristic library is generated based on the simulation results.

The present invention provides a dynamic balancing ring for a cutter holder for balancing the cutter holder. The dynamic balancing ring includes a circle, plural fixing elements and an adjusting element. The plural fixing elements are used for fixing the circle on the cutter holder, and after the center-of-gravity position of the cutter holder is obtained by dynamic balance corrector, the adjusting element can be installed at a position on the circle corresponding to the center-of-gravity position, and through adjusting the adjusting element, the dynamic balance of the cutter holder can be corrected. For using the dynamic balancing ring for the cutter holder according to the present invention, it is convenient that the dynamic balancing ring can be directly installed on the cutter holder, which is needed to be corrected, without additional processing.

A method of finding a driving strength and a record medium accessible by a computer to store a program thereof are provided. The method is adapted to find the driving strength of an output pin of a target cell. Wherein, the driving strength of the output pin of the target cell is provided from the driving strength of a corresponding last level device. In this method, at least one candidate standard cell is searched in a standard cell library according to the last level device. Then, the driving strength of the target cell is interpolated between the driving strengths of the candidate standard cells to obtain the driving strength of the output pin of the target cell.

A tool holder structure includes a holder installed on a connecting portion of a machine for holding a tool, the holder has a connecting cone for connecting the connecting portion, and a latching portion with an external diameter larger than the connecting cone disposed at the bottom of the connecting cone. The invention installs a ring between the latching portion and a surface of the connecting portion for pressing and connecting the connecting portion to define a tight engagement, so that the holder can be connected to a machine by the connecting cone as well as the ring. The invention can greatly enhance the stability for operations and the precision of manufacturing dimensions, and the invention can be used extensively for various different machines and holders of existing specifications while providing stable operations of the machines and extending the life of the machines.
