The disclosure relates to a coupling device for coupling an input component to an output component so as to transmit a torque in a switchable manner. The coupling device includes a coupling designed to separate the input component and the output component in an open position and to connect these components in a closed position so as to transmit a torque. The coupling device further includes an actuating device, which can be moved between a base position and a switch position to adjust the coupling. The actuating device has an intermediate position which is located between the base position and the switch position, and, while in the intermediate position, the actuating device is pretensioned in the direction of the switch position and/or the base position.

A first delivery connection of the reversing pump is fluidly connected to a first pressure connection of the double-acting actuating cylinder. A second delivery connection of the reversing pump is fluidly connected to a second pressure connection of the double-acting actuating cylinder. The actuating piston is mechanically coupled to a valve piston of a valve, and the valve piston is mechanically coupled to a locking device and to the actuating element.

Hydraulic system and method for operating a hydraulic system

A hydraulic parking lock actuation module for a parking lock with a parking lock piston, which can be hydraulically actuated in a parking lock cylinder from an initial position in an actuation direction by applying an actuation pressure, and which is mechanically coupled to an actuation rod which can be fixed via an engaging device in order to act as a locking mechanism for the parking lock piston. In order to simplify the actuation of the parking lock, for actuating the parking lock piston and the locking mechanism for the parking lock piston, the hydraulic parking lock actuation module includes only one active actuation valve with a tank connection and a working pressure connection at which different hydraulic pressure levels are applied.

Hydraulic parking lock actuator module

An actuator for actuating a parking lock and for carrying out at least one other vehicle function in a motor vehicle includes a hydraulic unit and an actuation cylinder, rigidly connected to the hydraulic unit. The hydraulic unit has a hydraulic pump or valves driven by an electric motor. The actuation cylinder is for mechanically actuating a parking lock mechanism of the parking lock. In some embodiments, the actuator has an actuator housing and the actuation cylinder has a cylinder housing that is part of the actuator housing. In some embodiments, the actuation cylinder has a piston and an actuating element, movable via the piston, for actuating the parking lock mechanism.

A parking lock actuation system for a motor vehicle includes an actuation element that can be moved between a locking position, in which a parking lock of the motor vehicle is active, and an unlocking position, in which the parking lock is inactive. The system also includes a locking element which is designed to fix the actuation element in the unlocking position in a form-fitting manner; and an electric actuator which has an adjusting effect on the locking element. A current circuit which has an autonomous power source is connected to the electric actuator, and a bistable switch and a monostable opener arranged in series to the bistable switch are used in the current circuit.

A method for resetting a parking lock operating system for a motor vehicle includes providing the parking lock operating system and switching the parking lock operating system. The parking lock operating system includes a hydraulic fluid supply line with a hydraulic fluid, a base position in which a parking lock is active, and a transport position in which the parking lock is active. The parking lock operating system is switched from the base position to the base position or from the transport position to the base position by, in the following order: increasing a pressure of the hydraulic fluid above a second pressure threshold, lowering the pressure below a first pressure threshold, less than the second pressure threshold, increasing the pressure above the second pressure threshold, and lowering the pressure of the hydraulic fluid below the first pressure threshold.

Method for resetting a parking lock operating system and parking lock operating system

A drive unit () is provided with a first electric machine (), a second electric machine (), a first shaft () and an output shaft (). A rotor () of the first electric machine () is rotationally fixed to the first shaft (), and a rotor () of the second electric machine () is rotationally fixed to the output shaft (). The drive unit () also includes a separating clutch () and a connection element () for the rotationally fixed connecting of an internal combustion engine, and a first gear ratio step () is arranged between the connection element () and the shafts () with a gear ration i&#x3c;1. The drive unit () has an electro-mechanical parking lock unit () with which a rotational movement of the output of the first gear ratio step () can be blocked.

A parking lock actuator includes a blocking cam, an actuating device, an energy store, a blocking drive, and an intermediate element. The blocking cam is arranged for positive engagement with a tooth gap of a parking lock gear and the actuating device is for transferring an actuating force to the blocking cam. The energy store is for transferring the actuating force from the actuating device to the blocking cam, the blocking drive is for displacing the actuating device, and the intermediate element is freely displaceable relative to the blocking drive over a predetermined intermediate path for displacing the actuating device. The blocking cam is arranged to positively engage the tooth gap to block rotational movement of the parking lock gear when the actuating device is in a blocked position, and the parking lock gear is rotatable when the actuating device is in an open position.

Parking lock actuator for integration in a vehicle transmission

A parking lock device includes a parking lock gear, a parking lock pawl, a control contour, and a contour following element for bearing against the control contour. The parking lock gear includes radially extending teeth with tooth gaps lying therebetween. The parking lock pawl has a portion arranged for radially engaging into one of the tooth gaps for blocking rotational movement of the parking lock gear. The control contour has a section extending in a rotational direction of the parking lock gear in a manner which differs from a circular path. During relative rotational movement between the parking lock gear and the parking lock pawl, the contour following element rotates relative to and bears against the control contour, forcing the contour following element to move the parking lock pawl with a radially inwardly directed movement component, deeply engaging the parking lock pawl in one of the tooth gaps.

Parking lock device for blocking a rotational movement in a drive of a motor vehicle

An angle-measuring device is provided for a rotationally-driven linear actuator, which can be implemented into a clutch actuator. A rotor element has an axis of rotation and rotates concentrically with a rotor of a rotary drive for an axially movable linear actuator element. A measurement magnet arrangement is fixed relative to the rotor element and has a polarization. The polarization is oriented in such a way that the magnetic field lines can change with a rotation of the rotor element so as to enable the angle to be precisely determined from at least one measurement position. At one location, a 360-degree sensor is provided for measuring angular positions based on the measurement magnet arrangement. At another location, a revolution-counting sensor is provided for counting a number of revolutions carried out based on the measurement magnet arrangement.

The disclosure relates to an actuator having a planetary roller screw drive comprising a housing having a cylinder chamber and a fluid reservoir forming one common volume and the housing is filled with a hydraulic fluid. The planetary roller screw drive comprises a spindle having a profiling, which meshes with a plurality of planetary rollers, which are arranged around the spindle and are supported at both ends in a planetary roller carrier. The planetary rollers mesh with an inner profiling of an internal ring gear surrounding the planetary rollers and the planetary rollers are supported in a sleeve surrounding the internal ring gear. According to the disclosure, the planetary roller carrier and/or the sleeve comprise one or more flow ducts connecting the interior and the exterior of a chamber defined radially by the sleeve and axially by the planetary roller carriers to one another.

An actuator with a planetary screw drive (PSD), in particular to operate a clutch of a vehicle, wherein a centric spindle having a pitch is connected non-rotatingly to a rotor of a drive and is drivable by the drive around an axis of rotation, and a plurality of planetary rollers are engaged with the spindle and mesh with a ring gear encircling the planetary rollers which has grooves in the circumferential direction, wherein both ends of the planetary rollers are positioned in a planetary roller carrier.
