Embodiments described herein relate to a flow meter assembly. The inline flow meter assembly includes a housing, an elongated flow member, and a piston. The housing includes a fluid passage. The elongated flow member has a shaft portion and an opposite fluid flow portion. The fluid flow portion has an outer peripheral surface. The shaft portion is coupled to the housing. The piston has a plate. The plate has a plate orifice. The piston and the plate move axially between a no flow position where the outer peripheral surface of the fluid flow portion is engaged with the plate orifice to prevent a fluid flow and a full flow position where the outer peripheral surface of the fluid flow portion is disengaged with the plate orifice such that the fluid flow enters the plate orifice and passes through the fluid passage in the axial direction of movement of the piston.

Systems and methods for an inline flow meter assembly

Embodiments described herein are generally directed to a venturi valve. The venture valve includes an inlet; an outlet opposite of the inlet; a passage, a primary orifice, and an insert. The passage is positioned between the inlet and the outlet and fluidly coupling the inlet to the outlet. The primary orifice is positioned between the inlet and the outlet and in fluid communication with the passage such that the primary orifice permits fluid to enter the passage. The insert is positioned between the inlet and the outlet, the insert configured to enclose at least a portion of the passage.

Venturi vacuum drawback assemblies and dual orifice venturi valve assemblies

A venturi vacuum drawback assembly includes a fluid supply passage that supplies the fluid to the device, a fluid return passage that returns the fluid to the device, a shutoff valve positioned on the fluid supply passage, a bypass passage, a bypass valve positioned on the bypass passage, and a venturi valve positioned on the bypass passage downstream of the bypass valve. The bypass passage includes an inlet and an outlet. The inlet is connected to the fluid supply passage upstream of the shutoff valve, and the outlet connected to the fluid return passage. The venturi valve includes a venturi inlet, a venturi outlet, and a primary orifice positioned between the venturi inlet and the venturi outlet. The primary orifice is connected to a drawback opening on the fluid supply passage by a conduit. The drawback opening of the fluid supply passage is positioned downstream of the shutoff valve.

Flow control plate

A dual orifice venturi vacuum drawback assembly includes a fluid supply passage that supplies fluid to the device, a fluid return passage that returns fluid from the device, a shutoff valve position on the fluid supply passage, a bypass passage, a bypass valve positioned on the bypass passage, and a dual orifice venturi valve. The bypass passage includes an inlet connected to the fluid supply passage upstream of the shutoff valve, and an outlet connected to the fluid return passage. The dual orifice venturi valve is positioned on the bypass passage upstream of the bypass valve. The dual orifice venturi valve includes a venturi inlet, a venturi outlet, a primary orifice, and a secondary orifice. The primary orifice is connected to a primary drawback opening on the fluid return passage. The secondary orifice is connected to a secondary drawback opening on the fluid return passage.

Dual orifice venturi vacuum drawback assemblies having air breather check valve

A vehicle-roof mounting-base intended to temporarily mount lights, signs, kayaks, ladders, bicycles, and cameras, inter alia, on the roof of a vehicle with a steel or non-ferrous roof. The vehicle-roof mounting-base uses vacuum evacuation to adhere itself to a vehicle roof. The vacuum evacuation is accomplished by evacuating suction cups, which are in intimate contact with the vehicle roof, through the use of a vacuum pump. The vacuum pump is connected to a vacuum sensor, which can turn the vacuum pump on and off, insuring that sufficient retention force to hold the vehicle-roof mounting-base to the vehicle roof exists.

Mounting base

A vehicle-roof mounting-base, for supporting sign or light elements, that uses vacuum evacuation to adhere the vehicle-roof mounting-base to a vehicle roof. The vacuum evacuation is accomplished by using a continuous, gas impermeable seal between the lower surface of the vehicle-roof mounting-base and the vehicle roof. A vacuum pump then partially evacuates the volume enclosed by the continuous seal, the vehicle roof, and the lower surface of the vehicle-roof mounting-base, providing sufficient retention force to hold the vehicle-roof mounting-base to the vehicle roof.

A vehicle roof structure including a front header, a pillar support member, a side roof rail, and a roof rail outer front member. The front header has a substantially box-shaped cross-section. The pillar support member has an elongated member extending between a windshield opening and a door opening, a short first member at one end of the elongated member extending along the windshield opening, and a short second member at the end extending along the door opening. The first member includes a first edge adjoining an end of the front header. The side roof rail has a substantially box-shaped cross-section and adjoins a second edge of the pillar support second member. The roof rail outer front member is affixed to the pillar support member. The roof rail outer front member adjoins the end of the front header in a region of the first edge, adjoins the side roof rail in a region of the second edge, and extends along at least a portion of the elongated member of the pillar support member. The roof rail outer front member and the pillar support member form a substantially box-shaped cross-section extending between the first, second and elongated members such that a continuous substantially box-shaped cross-section exists throughout the joint defined by the vehicle roof structure.
