This invention relates to a flush bar roof rack comprising a pair of legs, each of which includes a housing for holding and supporting a crossbar. The roof rack also includes a crossbar, held and supported at each end by the crossbar housing of each leg, and further includes an extension means for adjusting the length of the roof rack between the legs.

Extendable roof rack

A crossbar assembly is provided for a cargo rack configured for mounting on top of a vehicle. A crossbar assembly may include a pair of brackets, each bracket having a crossbar housing, for receiving and engaging one end of a crossbar. The housing may also include a pair of jaws adapted to clamp a rail on top of a vehicle.

Bracket and a crossbar assembly for a roof rack

The invention relates to a resilient infill for positioning in a channel in a crossbar of a roof rack or load carrier. The infill comprises a flexible upper portion and a base comprising a bottom. A pair of flexible, opposing side walls extend from the bottom and curve upwardly and outwardly to meet with outer edges of the flexible upper portion. The width of the upper portion is greater than the width of the bottom and the infill has a substantially hollow interior. The infill is compressible and makes minimal wind noise when positioned in the crossbar of a roof rack located on a moving vehicle.

Resilient infill

The invention relates to a roof boxfor mounting to a vehicle via roof racks. The roof boxincludes a base sectionmountable to a vehicle roof or roof rackand a top sectionthat is movable relative to the base sectionto allow the roof boxto be opened and closed. The roof boxincludes no external protruding seamwith the seamflush with the exterior of the roof box. The roof boxalso includes a curved seam, double skinned topand double acting action hingedesign that all combine to provide improved aesthetics, lower weight, reduced aerodynamic drag, better fuel efficiency and equivalent strength, rigidity and loadings to the art.

Load carrier

The application relates to an adjustment mechanism for altering the position of roof box clamps and/or the roof box position on a vehicle. Adjustment of the roof box position relative to a vehicle may be completed without unclamping the roof box from the vehicle roof rack or racks. The clamp or clamps may also be positioned easily relative to roof rack positions prior to fitting.
