A set of panels including a first panel with a first main plane and a second panel with a second main plane. The first and the second panel are provided with a mechanical locking device for locking a first edge of the first panel to a second edge of the second panel at a junction plane, wherein the first main plane is essentially perpendicular to the second main plane and the junction plane is extending between the first main plane and the second main plane. The first edge includes an edge tongue that extends from the junction plane. The second edge includes an edge groove at the junction plane. The edge tongue is configured to cooperate with the edge groove for locking together the first and the second edges in a first direction which is perpendicular to the first main plane. The edge tongue includes a tongue groove.

A set including a first panel, a second panel and a mechanical locking device for locking the first panel to the second panel, wherein the first panel includes a first edge surface, the second panel includes a second panel surface, the first edge surface is facing the second panel surface in a locked position of the first and the second panel, the mechanical locking device includes at least one rod-shaped element at the first edge surface, at least one insertion groove at the second panel surface, the rod-shaped element is configured to be inserted into the insertion groove, the rod-shaped element extends at a first angle from the first edge surface, the insertion groove extends into the second panel surface at a second angle from the second panel surface, the mechanical locking device further including at least one locking groove.

A method to manufacture a bevel at least partly along at least one edge of a building panel, such as a floor panel or wall panel, where the building panel includes a substrate having an inorganic filler of an amount of 50-85 wt % and a polymer-based material. A mechanical connection arrangement for panels, includes a first panel, a second panel and a mechanical locking device for locking the first panel to the second panel. A surface of the first panel and a surface of the second panel are parallel and in contact in a locked position of the first and second panels. The mechanical locking device includes at least one rod-shaped element at said surface of the first panel and at least one corresponding insertion recess at said surface of the second panel. The rod-shaped element is configured to be inserted in the insertion recess. The rod-shaped element extends at a first angle from the surface of the first panel and the insertion recess extends into the second panel at a second angle from the surface of the second panel. The difference between the first angle and the second angle is between 0.5° and 6°.

A set of panels including a first panel with a first main plane and a second panel with a second main plane with a second main surface. The first and second main planes are essentially perpendicular in a locked position. The first and the second panel include a locking device for locking a first edge of the first panel to a second edge of the second panel. The locking device includes an edge groove wherein the edge groove includes a tongue, which is configured to cooperate with a tongue groove of the first panel, in a locked position, for locking the first and the second edges in a first direction which is perpendicular to the first main plane. A first groove surface of the edge groove cooperate with second main surface to lock the first and second panel in a second direction which is perpendicular to the second main plane.

An assembled product includes at least three elements arranged in three different planes. A first element is connected perpendicular to a second element, and a third element is connected perpendicular to the second element. The assembled product includes one or more locking devices, each comprising a flexible tongue arranged in an insertion groove one of the at least three elements. The flexible tongue cooperates with a tongue groove, at an adjacent one of the at least three elements, for locking the one element and the adjacent element together. A second edge of the second element is connected to a second edge of the third element by a first of said locking devices.

Assembled product and a method of assembling the assembled product

A locking rail for locking of a first and a second panel horizontally. The panels each include an essentially vertical panel surface and an essentially horizontal edge surface. The locking rail includes a first and a second locking device which are configured to engage the edge surface of the first and the second panel, respectively, and an interconnecting extension which extends between said first and second locking device. The first and second locking device each includes a first locking tongue which extends essentially perpendicular to the interconnecting extension. The first locking tongue of the first locking device is configured for locking of the first panel in a first horizontal direction and the first locking tongue of the second locking device is configured for locking of the second panel in the first horizontal direction. The locking rail includes a first locking part which extends essentially perpendicular to the interconnecting extension.
