The present disclosure is directed to a novel golf ball stopping device. The golf ball stopping device includes an upper plate, set at a height so it slows or stops a golf ball which rolls under the plate. The underside of the plate includes a material and structure that provides resistance to the golf ball as it contacts the device. The plate may be supported by a center post or an extension arm located along the side of the plate. The center post and extension arm fit together with a base and are adjustable to the base so the plate can be positioned at a desired height. The base is designed to achieve the optimal friction on the golf ball and to provide stability to the device.

The present disclosure is directed to a novel golf ball stopping device. The golf ball stopping device includes an upper plate, set at a height so it slows or stops a golf ball which rolls under the plate. The underside of the plate includes a material and structure that provides resistance to the golf ball as it contacts the device. The plate may be supported by a center post, so the golf ball can be aimed at the device from any direction and perform the same function. The center post fits together with a base, and is adjustable to the base so the plate can be positioned at a desired height. The base may be weighted to achieve the optimal friction on the golf ball and to provide stability to the device. The base may include a plurality of downward facing protrusions in order to grip the surface on which it is set and keep the device from spinning when a golf ball rolls under the outer edge of the device.

An organizer includes a generally planar back member, a hanging assembly, and a retention assembly. The hanging assembly is coupled to said back member and is structured to be further coupled to a vertical support. The retention assembly includes a number of retention elements wherein each retention element structured to maintain an object adjacent to said back member. Further, the number of retention elements includes a suspended stapler holder. The suspended stapler holder is structured to suspend a stapler with minimal contact.

A mirror assembly including a mirror, a base and a flexible neck connecting the mirror and the base such that the neck can be manually manipulated to adjust the position of the base and the mirror relative to each other. The rack includes a plurality of generally horizontally-oriented, vertically spaced inner rungs coupled to the frame structure and a plurality of generally horizontally-oriented, vertically spaced outer rungs coupled to the frame structure. The rack further includes a plurality of generally vertically-oriented struts, each strut extending between adjacent ones of the outer rungs or adjacent ones of the support arms to provide vertical support to the outer rungs and the support arms.

A picture alignment and hanging device for aiding in the locating and marking of positions for a hook or nail on a wall for placing a picture or mirror thereon including an elongated vertical member having an alignment hole positioned therein and an attachment end located on a bottom end thereof. The vertical member includes a hook member formed on a front portion thereof for receiving and supporting a wire or hanger attached to a picture to be hung. On the back portion of the vertical member there are formed marking element receiving recesses for receiving a marking element such as a thumbtack, push-pin, or specially designed writing implement in a secure, yet removable, fashion for marking a wall on which a picture is to be hung.

A system and method for mounting an object to a support utilizes a push-pin that is adapted to be pushed or screwed into the support (such as a wall), without necessitating the use of hammers, screwdrivers, drills, etc. The push-pin has a novel head that includes resilient &ldquo;grippers&rdquo; for providing a friction fit within a hole or channel of the object (such as a shelf) to be mounted to the support. In an exemplary embodiment, the grippers are a plurality of resilient annular rings sized to be slightly larger in diameter than the dimension of the mating hole or channel so that when the mating hole or channel of the object engages with the larger diameter rings, the rings are deformed slightly upon entering the hole or channel, thereby, providing a friction fit between the head of the pin and the object to be mounted to the support.

An adjustable protective platform for supporting, for example, potted plants includes a plurality of multi-legged links. Each link includes a pair of linkage legs angled with respect to each other at an acute angle. Each linkage leg includes a plurality of projections extending from the upper and lower surfaces and at least two transverse slots cut into the upper surface, extending from the outer side to the inner side, and angled at least partially towards the origin end of the opposite linkage leg. The slots in each linkage leg are symmetrical with respect to the slots in the opposite linkage leg. Therefore, the links are coupled together by arranging the links in an alternating up and down (one link facing up and the next facing down) fashion forming an outer enclosed loop, and further, by engaging a slot in a linkage leg of an upward facing link with a slot in an immediately adjacent linkage leg of an adjacent downwardly facing link. When the outermost slots of the linkage legs are engaged with each other, the size of the protective platform is maximized. Likewise, when the innermost slots of the linkage legs are engaged with each other, the size (diameter) of the assembled platform is minimized.
