An exhaust and filtration assembly includes: a housing; an exhaust vent configured to guide unfiltered air out of the exhaust and filtration assembly; a filter assembly configured to filter air and guide the filtered air out of the exhaust and filtration assembly; an exhaust assembly configured to direct raw air from an entry port of the exhaust and filtration assembly and direct air out of the exhaust vent without the air having been filtered; and a controller comprising computing logic configured to control so that only one of air filtration and raw air exhaust occurs at any given time.

An audio equipped fan is disclosed having a housing defining an inner cavity, a motor disposed at least partially in the inner cavity of the housing and having an output shaft extending therefrom that is rotatable by the motor, a fan connected to the output shaft of the motor and rotatable therewith, a grille connected to the housing and positioned in alignment with the fan, the grille having an interior side and an exterior side and defining first openings through which air may flow while the fan is rotated and second openings through which sound may travel, and having a speaker connected to at least one of the housing, motor, fan and grille and aligned on the interior side of the grille with the second openings of the grille so that sound may travel from the speaker through the grille. Related methods are also disclosed.

Method of manufacturing an audio equipped fan assembly

A speaker assembly is disclosed as having a shower device, a housing having openings through which sound may travel, and two speakers contained in the housing that project sound through the openings. The housing defines a recess that may be connected to the shower device. The speakers may be wirelessly connected to an external audio source and may be controlled by a wireless remote.

An audio equipped fan is disclosed as having a housing, and a grille connected to the housing, and defining first openings through which air may flow while the fan is rotated, and second openings through which sound may travel. A frost free faucet having a spigot assembly including a drain conduit, a sleeve assembly including an elongated pipe, and a valve assembly. The valve assembly includes a &#xbd; turn valve, a check valve and optionally a pressure relief mechanism. The &#xbd; turn valve includes a rotatable valve element configured with a water passageway and a stationary valve element with one or through holes. The rotatable valve element is circular-shaped and configured with a water passageway in a semicircular portion. The stationary element is a disc shaped configured with one or more through-holes in a semi-circular portion of the stationary valve element. Upon turning the rotatable valve element 180 degrees in a first direction, the water passageway and the one or more through-holes are aligned to an open position and upon turning the rotatable element 180 degrees in a second direction, the water passageway and the one or more through-holes are misaligned to a closed position. Each valve element of the &#xbd; turn valve may be formed from a ceramic material, The check valve is located upstream of the &#xbd; turn valve to prevent the backflow of water from the spigot to the supply line. An optional pressure relief mechanism allows water trapped downstream of the valve assembly to be discharged from the valve assembly.
