The present disclosure relates generally to implementing biometric authentication, including providing user interfaces for: while the electronic device is in a first state in which a respective function of the electronic device is disabled, detecting one or more activations of the button; and in response to detecting the one or more activations of the button: capturing, with the one or more biometric sensors that are separate from the button, biometric data; if the biometric data satisfies biometric authentication criteria, transitioning the electronic device to a second state in which the respective function of the electronic device is enabled; and if the biometric data does not satisfy the biometric authentication criteria, maintaining the electronic device in the first state and displaying, on the display, an indication that biometric authentication has failed.

Implementation of biometric authentication

A computer system detects a hand at a first position in a first configuration while displaying a view of a three-dimensional environment. In response, the computer system displays a first visual indication at a first display location in the three-dimensional environment. The computer system detects a movement of the hand while displaying the first visual indication. In response, the computer system displays the first indication at a second display location if the movement maintains the configuration of the hand and moves the hand as a whole to a second position; or the computer system ceases to display the first visual indication and displays a second visual indication if the movement changes the configuration of the hand to a second configuration at the first position.

Devices, methods, and graphical user interfaces for interacting with three-dimensional environments

The present disclosure generally relates to the use of loyalty accounts, private label payment accounts, and general payment accounts using an electronic device with an electronic wallet. Various accounts are linked to the electronic device. In some examples, the electronic device is NFC-enabled. The electronic device may be used to provide loyalty account information and payment account information to a payment terminal, such as an NFC-enabled payment terminal.

A computer system displays a first application user interface at a first location in a three-dimensional environment. While displaying the first application user interface at the first location in the three-dimensional environment, the computer system detects, at a first time, a first input corresponding to a request to close the first application user interface. An electronic device, while displaying a three-dimensional environment, including one or more virtual objects, detects gaze of a user directed toward a first virtual object in the three-dimensional environment. The gaze meets first criteria and the first virtual object is responsive to at least one gesture input. In response to detecting the gaze that meets the first criteria, in accordance with a determination that a hand is in a predefined ready state for providing gesture inputs, the electronic device displays an indication of one or more interaction options available for the first virtual object in the three-dimensional environment; and in accordance with a determination the hand is not in the predefined ready state for providing gesture inputs, the electronic device forgoes displaying the indication of one or more interaction options available for the first virtual object.

In some embodiments, an electronic device automatically updates the orientation of a virtual object in a three-dimensional environment based on a viewpoint of a user in the three-dimensional environment. In some embodiments, an electronic device automatically updates the orientation of a virtual object in a three-dimensional environment based on viewpoints of a plurality of users in the three-dimensional environment. In some embodiments, the electronic device modifies an appearance of a real object that is between a virtual object and the viewpoint of a user in a three-dimensional environment. In some embodiments, the electronic device automatically selects a location for a user in a three-dimensional environment that includes one or more virtual objects and/or other users.

Methods for manipulating objects in an environment

A computing system displays, via a first display generation component, a first computer-generated environment and concurrently displays, via a second display generation component: a visual representation of a portion of a user of the computing system who is in a position to view the first computer-generated environment via the first display generation component, and one or more graphical elements that provide a visual indication of content in the first computer-generated environment. The computing system changes the visual representation of the portion of the user to represent changes in an appearance of the user over a respective period of time and changes the one or more graphical elements to represent changes in the first computer-generated environment over the respective period of time.

A computer system displays a first view of a user interface of a first application with a first size at a first position corresponding to a location of at least a portion of a palm that is currently facing a viewpoint corresponding to a view of a three-dimensional environment provided via a display generation component. While displaying the first view, the computer system detects a first input that corresponds to a request to transfer display of the first application from the palm to a first surface that is within a first proximity of the viewpoint. A computer system displays a first view of a three-dimensional environment including a first representation of a first portion of a physical environment. While displaying the first view, the computer system detects movement of a first user from a first location to a second location of the physical environment, and in response: if the second location corresponds to a first type of exercise, the computer system replaces at least a portion of a second representation of a second portion of the physical environment that includes the second location with virtual content corresponding to the first type of exercise; and if the second location corresponds to a second type of exercise, the computer system replaces at least a portion of a third representation of a third portion of the physical environment that includes the second location with virtual content corresponding to the second type of exercise.
