An avatar facial expression generating system and a method of avatar facial expression generation are provided. In the method, multiple user data are obtained and related to the sensing result of a user from multiple data sources. Multiple first emotion decisions are determined, respectively, based on each user data. Whether an emotion collision occurs among the first emotion decisions is determined. The emotion collision is related that the corresponding emotion groups of the first emotion decisions are not matched with each other. A second emotion decision is determined from one or more emotion groups according to the determining result of the emotion collision. The first or second emotion decision is related to one emotion group. A facial expression of an avatar is generated based on the second emotion decision. Accordingly, a proper facial expression of the avatar could be presented.

An integrated circuit device includes a die, a lead, and an electrically-conductive structure that is arranged to facilitate electrical communication between the die and the lead. The device also includes a potting material, in which the electrically conductive structure, the die, and at least part of the lead are embedded. An electrically-conductive housing encases the potting material and forms exterior packaging of the device. During manufacturing, the electrically-conductive structure, the die, and at least part of the lead may be arranged within the electrically-conductive housing either before or after the potting material is disposed in the housing. When the integrated circuit device is operating, heat is removable from the die via a thermal conduction path formed by the electrically-conductive structure, the potting material, and the electrically-conductive housing.

A lead frame facilitates the handling, positioning, attachment, and/or continued integrity of multiple dies, without the use of multiple separate parts, such as jumpers. The lead frame includes a number of structures, each of which is attached to at least one lead. At least one receiving surface, arranged to receive a die, is associated with each structure. When dies are disposed on the receiving surfaces, anodes are similarly-oriented. A number of fingers are attached to the lead frame, and one or more electrode contact surfaces are attached to each finger. Each electrode contact surface can be positioned (for example, bent) with respect to one receiving surface, to facilitate electrical connection between the anode of a die and a lead. The lead frame may be used in connection with surface- and through-hole-mountable electronic devices, such as bridge rectifier modules.

A fabricating method for a DRAM capacitor is provided. A DRAM is formed on a substrate, wherein a transistor has been formed. A first oxide layer is formed over the substrate and a contact window is formed on the first oxide layer to expose a source region of the transistor. Then, a bit line is formed in the contact window, wherein the bit line is connected to the source region of the transistor. A second oxide layer is formed on the bit line and the first oxide layer. Then, a third oxide layer is formed on the second oxide layer. A second contact window is further defined to expose a drain region of the transistor, wherein the drain region has a native oxide layer formed on it. Next, a first polysilicon film is formed on the exposed drain region of the second contact window. A high dosage implantation is used to remove the native oxide layer. Then, a second polysilicon layer is formed over the substrate. Finally, the finishing process followed is performed to complete the fabrication of a DRAM capacitor.
