Disclosed are various embodiments for facilitating an assisted shopping experience. A speech input can be captured and transcribed. The transcribed speech input can be transmitted to a customer service agent in a data session that is contemporaneous with a voice session. The customer service agent can then facilitate an assisted shopping experience via the voice session and data session.

Disclosed are various embodiments for generating a de-duplicated and subcategory summary search results in response to a search query. A set of original search results and a set of categorical search results may be obtained in response to a search query. The original search results may be relevant to the search query while the categorical search results may be relevant to the search query and a category. The items in the categorical search results may be associated with various subcategories. The duplicate items in the categorical search results and at least a portion of the original search results may be removed from the categorical search results. The repeated instances of each of the subcategories may be removed from the categorical search results.

These images can then be organized in more meaningful and useful formats. The associated objects can also be used to provide a user with information about an object located in an image provided by a user, where the information can include location, pricing, availability, or other such information that can be determined from the metadata, tags, and other information associated with the images.
