A gear unit having a shaft, particularly an input shaft, a fan impeller being joined in rotatably fixed manner to the shaft, a fan cowl, which at least partially surrounds the fan impeller, being mounted on the gear housing, a separating plate for separating the pressure chamber of the fan from the suction chamber of the fan being joined to the fan cowl, the separating plate having an air inlet for the fan impeller and being disposed on the side of the fan impeller facing away axially from the gear unit.

A method and apparatus for tightening a screw connection having a motor-operated screwdriver unit, wherein the angle of rotation and the torque are determined during the tightening to be able to stop the tightening process on reaching a desired tightening tension. An increase in the torque over the angle of rotation is determined by a determination device in a first tightening region and a change in the increase in the torque over the angle of rotation is determined in a second, following tightening region, with the screwdriver unit being stopped by a control device on reaching or exceeding of a maximum permitted change in the increase and/or of a change speed that is determined with reference to the increase that occurred in the first tightening region.

Gearbox with a shaft

A gear unit includes a shaft, in particular an input shaft, a flange part and a housing part. The input shaft is supported by bearings in the housing part, and a fan is connected to the shaft in a torsion-proof manner. The housing part includes cooling fins, in particular cooling fins that extend in the axial direction, i.e. in the axis direction of the shaft, the cooling fins have an offset and/or stepped configuration, and the flange part surrounds the offset or stepped region of the cooling fins, in particular in the manner of a housing.

A drivetrain package includes a motor which includes a rotor shaft, a gear unit, and a carrier structure. The carrier structure has a carrier part which includes a gear unit support section and a motor support part, the carrier part and the gear unit support section being arranged in one piece. The gear unit is supported on the gear unit support section and connected to the carrier structure with the aid of the gear unit support section. The carrier part includes a sheet metal part, and the motor support part includes a sheet metal part. The carrier part extends farther in the direction of the rotor shaft axis than in a transverse direction to the direction of the rotor shaft axis, and the motor support part extends farther in a transverse direction to the direction of the rotor shaft axis than in the direction of the rotor shaft axis.
