A portable liquid heating and dispensing system is provided. A preferred embodiment includes a self-contained dispensing unit and a receiver. The dispensing unit may include a container portion, a dispensing portion, and an electric heat generating portion. The container portion has a main reservoir for holding a supply of the liquid to be dispensed. The dispensing portion has a down tube, a manually operated pump mechanism connected to the down-tube, and an outlet spout connected to the pump mechanism. The pump mechanism has a liquid reservoir. Liquid is drawn through the down tube and into the liquid reservoir and out of the outlet spout. The heat generating portion is positioned at the liquid reservoir, so that liquid pumped out of the main reservoir is heated before being pumped out of the spout. The receiver accepts and provides power to the self-contained dispensing unit.

A dynamic posture chair is disclosed which is capable of use in a range of sit/stand positions. The chair includes a mobile base that is selectively movable by the user and the chair member that is mounted to the base with a tilt mechanism that enables the chair member to be selectively and infinitely tilted over a predetermined of tilt positions while resistively restraining the chair member in the selected tilt position. The chair member includes seat and back members that relatively subtend an angle in the range of about 120 degrees to 135 degrees. The chair member has a uniquely shaped fixed seat/back contour that instantly supports in comfort the back, buttocks and thighs of the user in its lowest and highest vertical positions, and in all positions in between. The tilt mechanism prevents the chair member to be pivotally tilted over an angular range of not greater than about 30 degrees, enabling the user to fully sit on the chair in the rearward most tilt position, and to rest his/her feet at least partially on the floor in the forward most tilt position.

A transport refrigeration unit having a top and bottom, a back, and side planes which include a front and first and second sides. The transport refrigeration unit further includes a condenser having air intake openings along a selected side plane of the unit, with condenser air being discharged through the top. A sound reducing cover is disposed to surround the transport refrigeration unit. The sound reducing cover is lined with a sound absorbing material, and it re-positions the condenser air intake such that incoming condenser air enters the unit through the top, instead of through a side plane, while maintaining top air discharge. In one embodiment the sound reducing cover separates incoming and exiting air in a direction from the front to the back of the unit, and in another embodiment in a direction from one side of the unit to the other side.
