A slip ring includes a first dielectric carrier body and a second dielectric carrier body, each carrier body having at least one shoulder extending circumferentially along a circle line. In addition, the slip ring includes conductor elements, which have an annular and closed configuration with respect to an axis, at least one conductor element, which is fixed in place on the shoulder of the first dielectric carrier body, and at least one conductor element, which is fixed in place on the shoulder of the second dielectric carrier body. The first dielectric carrier body is arranged at an offset from the second dielectric carrier body in the direction of the axis, so that the shoulder having the at least one conductor element of the first dielectric carrier body and the shoulder having the at least one conductor element of the second dielectric carrier body are located axially across from each other.

In a device for transmitting optical signals between a first subassembly and a second subassembly, which rotatable about an axis relative to the first subassembly. The first subassembly includes a first optical waveguide, and the second subassembly includes a second optical waveguide. The device includes a first sleeve enclosing the first optical waveguide, a first bushing enclosing the first sleeve, a housing, a second sleeve enclosing the second optical waveguide, a second bushing enclosing the second sleeve. Furthermore, the device includes a bearing arrangement, including at least one first ring and rolling elements, rollingly supported on a conical surface. The housing encloses the first bushing, the second bushing, and the bearing arrangement, the bearing arrangement is axially displaceable relative to the housing, and the second bushing is axially preloaded with respect to the first bushing via the bearing arrangement. The rolling elements are radially preloaded with respect to the housing by their support on the conical surface.

In a device for transmitting optical signals between a first sub-assembly having a first lens, a first bearing ring, and a first clamping sleeve, which has a conical surface, and a second structural unit having a second lens, a second bearing ring, a second body, a second clamping sleeve, which has a conical surface, and a clamping device, the first bearing ring and the second bearing ring are associated with a bearing by which the first sub-assembly and the second sub-assembly are connected to each other rotatably about an axis. Arranged in a centered manner in relation to the axis are: the first lens on the first bearing ring with the aid of the first clamping sleeve through a first conical connection, the second lens on the second body with the aid of the second clamping sleeve through a second conical connection, and the second body on the second bearing ring with the aid of a clamping device by a third conical connection.

Device for transmitting optical signals between two rotatable sub-assemblies

A slip ring includes a dielectric carrier body having a circumferential lateral surface and radially oriented feed-through leads, a first conductive element, and a second conductive element. In a first section, the conductive elements extend in parallel at an axial offset on the lateral surface in the circumferential direction, and in a second section, they extend in the feed-through leads with a radial directional component. The first sections extend in the circumferential direction across a first angular dimension of less than 360&#xb0;, so that a discontinuity is present along the circumferential direction of the conductive elements in a second angular dimension. The feed-through leads are arranged such that the second angular dimension of the first conductive element is situated at an offset from the second angular dimension of the second conductive element in the circumferential direction, the first and the second conductive elements being electrically connected to each other.

In a device for transmitting signals on two channels between two sub-assemblies rotatable relative to each other about an axis, a photodetector and a light source are connected via connecting lines to a receiver circuit and transmitter circuit. At least one of the connecting lines has a section extending with a radial directional component. The beam path of one channel extends with an axial directional component radially outside relative to the beam path of the optical signal of the other channel, past the section of the at least one connecting line.
