A compute system includes a security processor, a component, a component memory, a first communication link, and a second communication link. The component memory stores machine readable instructions executable by the component. The first communication link communicatively couples the component memory to the security processor. The second communication link communicatively couples the component memory to the component. The security processor is to cryptographically authenticate the machine readable instructions stored in the component memory in a boot process.

A read-only memory (ROM) stores firmware code for a hardware component. A firmware controller is directly physically connected to the hardware component and to the ROM. The firmware controller exposes a virtual ROM link to the hardware component. The hardware component accesses the firmware code over the virtual ROM link exposed by the firmware controller.

In some examples, an electronic device includes a network interface to connect to a computer network, a display port operating as a display input, an input/output port, memory having a plurality of profiles, and a processor coupled to the memory. In some examples, the processor is to change an operation of the input/output port based on a profile of the plurality of profiles. In some examples, the processor is to change the display port from the display input to a display output based on the profile of the plurality of profiles.

One example of an IP KVM device includes a USB port, a display port, a communication port, a network port, and a processor communicatively coupled to the USB port, display port, communication port, and network port. The USB port may be communicatively coupled to a host device to receive first USB signals from the host device. The display port may be communicatively coupled to the host device to receive first display signals from the host device. The communication port may be communicatively coupled to a secondary IP KVM device to receive second USB signals from the host device and second display signals from the host device. The network port may be communicatively coupled to a network. The processor is to aggregate the first and second USB signals and the first and second display signals and output the aggregated USB signals and display signals via the network port.

One example of an internet protocol (IP) keyboard, video, mouse (KVM) device includes a universal serial bus (USB) port, a display port, a network port, a Bluetooth transceiver, a processor, and a memory. The USB port is to be communicatively coupled to a host device. The display port is to be communicatively coupled to the host device. The network port is to be communicatively coupled to a network. The processor is communicatively coupled to the USB port, the display port, the network port, and the Bluetooth transceiver. The memory stores a unique identifier to be transmitted to a client device via Bluetooth in response to establishing a Bluetooth connection between the client device and the IP KVM device. The unique identifier is used by the client device to establish a remote connection to the IP KVM device.

One example of an internet protocol (IP) keyboard, video, mouse (KVM) device includes a universal serial bus, a display port, a network port, and a processor. The USB port is to be communicatively coupled to a host device. The display port is to be communicatively coupled to the host device. The network port is to be communicatively coupled to a network. The processor is communicatively coupled to the USB port, the display port, and the network port. The processor is to receive, via the display port, a multi-stream transport (MST) DisplayPort signal; demux the MST DisplayPort signal to provide a plurality of individual video streams; and output, via the network port, each individual video stream.

In one example in accordance with the present disclosure, a computing device is described. The computing device includes a number of ports. Each port receives a connection to a display device. A first port is coupled to the first graphics processor which supports a number of display devices and a second graphics processor. The computing device also includes a controller. The controller determines when a number of coupled display devices is greater than the number of display devices supported by the first graphics processor and switches the first port from being driven by the first graphics processor to be driven by the second graphics processor.

An example redundant power supply system comprises a power supply input to receive power from a power supply; a buck-boost converter coupled to the power supply input; and a controller coupled to the buck-boost converter. The controller is to receive a power supply identification signal from the power supply. The controller is also to enable or disable the buck-boost converter based on the power supply identification signal.

An example of a controller for bus endpoint isolation can include an interface to couple to a bus that has respective communication channels and respective switches corresponding to endpoints of the bus, a processing resource, and a memory resource storing non-transitory instructions executable by the processing resource to select a first endpoint of the endpoints to receive a message from the interface via a first switch on a first communication channel associated with the first endpoint, cause, via a switch control mechanism, a second switch associated with a second endpoint of the bus to open to isolate the second switch; and responsive to causing the second switch to open, send the message via the first communication channel and the first switch to the first endpoint.

In some examples, a power adapter for sharing redundant power comprises a primary power input; a redundant power input; a redundant power supply identification signal (RPS ID) input; and a controller coupled to the RPS ID input. The controller is to direct power from the primary power input to an electronic device; direct power from the redundant power input to the electronic device, to another power adapter, or both; modify an RPS ID from the RPS ID input in response to directing power from the redundant power input to the electronic device; and output the modified RPS ID to the another power adapter.

A power monitoring adapter may include a plurality of power supply unit (PSU) inputs to couple a plurality of PSUs to the power monitoring adapter. The power monitoring adapter may also include a power output to electrically couple the power monitoring adapter to a powered system. The power output includes a voltage line, and a ground. Further, the power monitoring adapter may include a side band interface to couple to the powered system. The side band interface communicates status data of the number of PSUs coupled to the power monitoring adapter.

An example apparatus comprising a heat dissipation mechanism and a controller to detect a temperature of a surface of the apparatus, in response to detecting that an audio output device is connected to the apparatus, determine a thermal profile, and instruct the heat dissipation mechanism to dissipate heat from the apparatus based on the thermal profile.

The apparatus includes a plurality of power inputs, a plurality of power outputs, a power management component, and a power source capability information translation component. The plurality of power inputs is coupled to power sources. The plurality of power outputs is coupled to electronic devices. The power management component is coupled to the plurality of power inputs and the plurality of power outputs to manage deliver of power. The power source capability information translation component is coupled to the power management component and an external source that provides a power source capability information of a power source connected to a power input of the plurality of power inputs.
