The present invention relates to a static mixer for mixing together at least two components. The static mixer comprises The separating wall comprises a free downstream edge which is disposed with respect to at least one of the entry openings so as to allow at least partial flows of the components separated by the separating wall to combine after exceeding the downstream edge and to jointly enter said at least one of the entry openings.

Multicomponent static mixer for mixing components

A dispensing apparatus for a flowable component includes a storage container having a storage chamber for the reception of the component, a filling opening and a dispensing opening. A piston is displaceably arranged within the storage container in the direction of an expulsion direction. Moreover, dispensing apparatus includes an actuation element by which the piston can be displaced stepwise in the direction of the dispensing opening. After release of the actuation element actuation element is displaced from a final position into a starting position by a spring.

Discharging device

A dispensing apparatus includes a storage container having an outlet flange with a component outlet which is at least partly surrounded by an inlet flange. The inlet flange is configured to adopt a closed position and a dispensing position with respect to the outlet flange. A change from the closed position into the dispensing position is carried out by a rotation of the inlet flange with respect to the outlet flange. The component outlet is arranged at a cylindrical jacket surface of the outlet flange. The first component outlet is closed by the inlet flange in the closed position of the inlet flange. In the dispensing position, a connection is established by a crossover passage between the first component outlet and a dispensing opening.

A multicomponent cartridge which is designed for single use includes two separate supply chambers arranged coaxially of each other and two pistons. The two pistons are movable via a plunger to simultaneously discharge two components. A guide element guides the two pistons in the respective supply chambers and contains a discharge opening for discharging the first component. The guide element is movable relative to a housing via a movement element in order to open the discharge opening.

Multicomponent cartridge for single use

A multicomponent cartridge designed for single use includes a first storage chamber for a first component and a second storage chamber for a second component. The first storage chamber being separate from the second storage chamber. The first storage chamber is arranged coaxially around the second storage chamber and forms a ring space, with a first piston being movably received in the first storage chamber and a second piston being movably received in the second storage chamber. The first and second pistons are movable by means of a plunger to dispense the two components simultaneously. The plunger is held in a housing element (and a guide element is provided to guide the first piston in the first storage chamber and to guide the second piston in the second storage chamber, with the housing element including an engagement element which can be brought into engagement with the guide element.

A dynamic mixer for a plurality of fluid components contains a housing and a rotor element which is rotatably arranged in the housing, with the housing having one inlet opening for at least one component each and at least one outlet opening. A ring-shaped intermediate space is provided between the rotor element and the housing in which a mixing element connected to the rotor element is arranged. A seal for sealing the rotor element in the mixer housing is provided at the bearing location of the rotor element in the housing.

Dynamic mixer with a seal

The invention relates to a dynamic mixer for viscose components in particular for the mixing of dental compositions, with a rotor () and a housing (), which has front inlet openings () for the components and at least one rear outlet opening () and the inner space of which includes a pre-chamber () and a main chamber (), with the pre-chamber () opening into the main chamber () in a distal, tapering transition section (). For the precise regulation of the concentration of the components to be mixed of the supplied components even with temporary concentration fluctuations of the same and in order to achieve a high degree of homogenization, it is proposed that the dynamic mixer () has at least one individual channel (-) as a passage from the pre-chamber () into the main chamber (), with the width of the individual channel (-) extending over a part of the periphery of the transition section ().
