A wearing-part holder includes a first stop surface, which is arranged on the front portion of the wearing-part holder, a first contact surface and a second contact surface symmetrically arranged from a centre line L-L from the first stop surface of the wearing-part holder to a second stop surface and a third stop surface, where the second stop surface and the third stop surface are symmetrically arranged on each side of the centre line L-L from the first contact surface and the second contact surface to a third contact surface and a fourth contact surface, where the third contact surface and the fourth contact surface are symmetrically arranged on each side of the centre line L-L from the second stop surface and the third stop surface. A wearing part and a wearing-part system are also provided.

Wearing-part system

A wearing part system includes a wearing part holder, a wearing part, where the wearing part and the wearing part holder jointly define at least one locking opening, a wedge for locking of the wearing part to the wearing part holder, where the wearing part is arranged with a rotatable rotary disk, where the rotary disk can be arranged in a first open position and a second closed position, and the wedge can move in the locking opening through the rotary disk, when the rotary disk is oriented in a first open position, and the wedge is locked and retains the wearing part against the wearing part holder when the rotary disk is oriented in a second closed position. A lock and a method for releasable locking of a wearing part to a wearing part holder are also provided.

The invention relates to a lock for releasable locking of an excavating tooth to a wearing-part holder in a wearing-part system, where the excavating tooth and the wearing-part holder together define a lock opening for receiving the lock, where the lock comprises a threaded conical screw and a first thread half designed with a first thread bed, where the first thread half and a second thread half, designed with a second thread bed, are mounted in the lock opening, where the first thread half and the second thread half, with the thread beds directed towards each other, together define an opening for threaded fastening of the threaded conical screw, such that rotation of the threaded screw moves the threaded screw along the thread beds in the axial direction of the screw into the lock opening, locking the lock when the first thread half is moved towards the excavating tooth and the second thread half is moved towards the wearing-part holder. The invention also relates to a wearing-part system, a first thread half, a second thread half, a conical screw, and an associated method for releasable locking of an excavating tooth to a wearing-part holder in a wearing-part system with lock.

Lock for tool holder

A cutter head that comprises at least one blade and at least one adapter chamber arranged in the blade for assembly of a tool holder in the blade, in which the adapter chamber is a cavity located in the blade and having an opening and an assembly recess. Also a blade for a cutter head, as well as a tool holder for assembly on a cutter head for a dredger is included. Moreover, included is a tool arrangement for a dredger. Included also are a method for assembly of a tool holder in a cutter head for a dredger and a production method for a blade for a cutter head for a dredger.

The present invention relates to a compound body comprising cemented carbide and steel with a carbon content corresponding to a carbon equivalent Ceq=wt-% C+0.3(wt-% Si+wt-% P) of from about 0.1 to about 0.85 wt-%. The body is particularly useful for earth moving tools e.g. dredge cutter heads.

A tooth system for a tool for earth moving machinery that includes a holder located on the tool and a front tooth portion that is detachably arranged on and in relation to the holder, which tooth portion is in the form of a replaceable wear/replacement part with a rear leg and the holder embodies a cavity designed to receive the leg of the tooth portion. This achieves a unified joint for assimilation of occurring loads via a predetermined connection geometry embodying special, opposite, mutually interacting contact surfaces and clearance surfaces arranged along the tooth portion and holder. The joint includes a multi-armed, preferably cruciform, cross section comprising at least four projection arms and at least four grooves each that interact with each projecting arm. Each projection arms includes a vertically arranged, upper arm, lower heel and two, essentially horizontally and laterally arranged, wing portions, with a tensioning device.

Tooth system

Self-sharpening wearing part having improved abrasion resistance and strength, which wearing part comprises at least a first and a second material part. The first material part is constituted by a casting body and the second material part is comprised of at least one elongated hard metal rod which is fixed in the first material part. The wearing part produces an auto-signal when the part must be changed due to wear.

A tooth system () for a tool () for earth moving machinery () is disclosed, which tooth system is of the type embodying a holder () located on the tool and a front tooth portion () that is detachably arranged on and in relation to the holder, which tooth portion is in the form of a replaceable wear and/or replacement part designed for the actual earth moving (W) and embodies a rear leg and the holder embodies a cavity () designed to receive the leg in interaction with the tooth portion and thereby achieve a unified joint (A, B, C, D) for assimilation of occurring loads (Fs, Fc, Fp) via a predetermined connection geometry embodying special, opposite, mutually interacting contact surfaces () and, at least initially, clearance surfaces () that are arranged along the tooth portion and holder. Thus, in accordance with the present invention one has achieved an improved tooth system distinguished by the tooth leg and holder cavity, along at least a front part of said joint (A, B, C, D), to have a multi-armed, preferably cruciform, cross section comprising at least four projection arms () and at least four grooves () each that interact with each projecting arm, respectively, which projection arms comprise an, essentially, vertically arranged, upper arm (), an, essentially vertically arranged, lower heel () and two, essentially horizontally and laterally arranged, wing portions (), wherein a tensioning device () is arranged in the rear part () of the cavity in order to achieve adjustable tensioning that tightens the tooth portion in relation to the holder, essentially axially along the axial symmetry axis Y of the cavity.
