Disclosed is a refueling unit for refueling a fuel cell. The refueling unit comprising a fuel cell receiving section and a cartridge receiving section. The refuelling unit is configured to receive through a waste inlet a waste fluid. The refuelling unit further comprises an intermediate fuel reservoir for storing fuel. The refuelling unit is configured to firstly receive in the intermediate fuel reservoir a predetermined amount of fuel from a cartridge and secondly empty the intermediate fuel reservoir and guide said fuel stored therein into the fuel reservoir of a fuel cell connected to the fuel cell receiving section.

Refuelling unit for refuelling fuel cell of hearing aid

A system and method for refuelling a fuel cell having a fuel reservoir. The system includes a cartridge () having a first reservoir () for storing fuel for the fuel cell and a refuelling unit adapted to receive a waste liquid from the fuel reservoir of the fuel cell and provide fuel from the first reservoir () of the cartridge () to the fuel reservoir of the fuel cell. The system further includes a second reservoir for storing the waste liquid from the fuel cell, a cartridge for use with the system, a refuelling unit for use with the system.

The present invention relates to a hearing device fuel cell power pack comprising a connector part of a connector assembly for exchanging fluids between the hearing device fuel cell power pack and a hearing device docking station, the connector part comprising a moveable valve piston being adapted to move between a closed valve position and an open valve position. A hearing aid () comprising a receiver () and at least one first microphone for transforming an acoustic signal surrounding a hearing aid user into an electrical signal, where the hearing aid comprises an ear plug part prepared for fitting tightly into the car canal () of a hearing aid user such that an inner volume is formed in the inner part of the ear canal between the car plug part and the car drum of the hearing aid user. The car plug part comprises a second microphone () arranged for transforming an acoustic signal in the volume into an electrical signal. The hearing aid comprises estimating means for estimating the effective size of the air leak between the inner volume and the surroundings based on the acoustical signal detected in said volume by said second microphone () from a known acoustical signal below 1000 Hz generated by the receiver. The hearing aid further comprises notification means for notifying the hearing aid user if the size range of the air leak is outside a predefined range.

Hearing aid with means for estimating the ear plug fitting

A hearing aid comprises a microphone for transforming an acoustic signal surrounding a hearing aid user into an electrical signal, a signal processing means for processing the electrical signal into an electrical output signal and to a receiver () driven by the electrical output signal and generating an acoustical signal into the ear canal () of a hearing aid user. The hearing aid comprises an ear plug part () prepared for being arranged in the ear canal of a hearing aid user. The hearing aid comprises sound generation means for generating an acoustic guiding signal to be provided for a limited period through said receiver during insertion of the ear plug part into the ear canal, in order to be applied by the hearing aid user to optimize the positioning of the ear plug part (). The invention further provides a method for guiding a hearing aid user during insertion of an ear plug.
