A vehicle () comprising a working equipment () equipped with a movable loading arrangement () comprising a first attachment member (), said vehicle further comprises a sensor system () configured to capture environmental data reflecting the environment around the vehicle and to determine, based on said data, image data () representing an area at least partly surrounding the vehicle (). The sensor system () is configured to detect and track positions of the first attachment member () and a mating second attachment member () of the object () to load in said image data representation, and, the detected and tracked positions of the first and second attachment members () are used to generate a first set of operation instructions for the loading arrangement () of the working equipment that decreases the distance between said first and second attachment members such that said attachment members () come into position to engage to each other. The control unitis configured to verify that said attachment members () are engaged based on the detected and tracked positions from the sensor system (), and in response to verifying that said attachment members () are engaged, enable activation of an object loading mode in which the control system generates a second set of operation instructions for the working equipment to move the loading arrangement () so that the object to load is loaded on the vehicle.

Vehicle comprising a working equipment, and a working equipment, and a method in relation thereto

A hydraulic crane comprising: &#x2014;a rotatable column (); &#x2014;a crane boom system () comprising two or more liftable and lowerable crane booms (); and &#x2014;an electronic control device (), which is configured to prevent an execution of crane boom movements that would make the lifting moment of the crane exceed the maximum allowed lifting moment of the crane, and to continuously establish position information as to the prevailing position of the load suspension point (P) of the crane boom system. When the lifting moment of the crane has reached a limit value at a given level below the maximum allowed lifting moment, the electronic control device is configured to prevent the execution of any combination of crane boom movements that would increase the horizontal distance between the load suspension point and said vertical axis of rotation and at the same time allow the execution of any combination of crane boom movements that keeps said horizontal distance unchanged or reduces said horizontal distance.

A driver assistance system () for a vehicle () provided with a crane () for loading or unloading objects (), the system comprises: a control unit () configured to generate a presentation signal () to be applied to a display unit (), an object detecting device () configured to capture images of the vehicle and/or of the environment around the vehicle, and configured to generate an image data signal () comprising data representing captured images, and to apply said signal () to said control unit (). The control unit () is configured to: &#x2014;determine a three dimensional, 3D, representation of at least one object, being a part of the vehicle and/or being at least one object () in the environment around the vehicle, based upon images captured by said object detecting device (), &#x2014;determine a 3D representation of the environment around the vehicle, &#x2014;determine a predetermined alert condition measure related to said determined 3D representations, wherein if said alert condition measure fulfils at least one of a set of predetermined alert criteria, the control unit is configured initiate at least one responsive activity of a set of predetermined responsive activities.

Driver assistance system and a method

A vehicle, equipment for loading a load carrying device onto the vehicle, and a sensor that determines a deviation angle between longitudinal axes of the vehicle and load carrying device. A control compares the deviation angle to a maximum deviation angle, and if less than maximum deviation angle a loading procedure is performed, which procedure includes engaging a loading tool with an attachment part at an end of the load carrying device; lifting the end by the loading tool while another end of the load carrying device is on the ground; adjusting the vehicle position to decrease the deviation angle while the working equipment lifts the end of the load carrying device; monitoring the deviation angle during adjustment, comparing the deviation angle to a threshold deviation angle, and moving the load carrying device onto the vehicle in response to the deviation angle being less than the threshold deviation angle.

Working unit, a working equipment, and a method in relation to a working unit

A hydraulic crane comprising: &#x2014;a rotatable column (); &#x2014;a crane boom system comprising a first crane boom () connected to the column; and &#x2014;an electronic control device for controlling the movement of the column and the crane boom system on the basis of control signals from a manoeuvring unit and a calculation model for boom tip control. The control device is configured to switch from a first control mode into a second control mode when the first crane boom is about to interfere with an obstacle. In the first control mode, the control device controls the crane boom movements in accordance with an ordinary control strategy. In the second control mode, the control device makes the load suspension point (P) of the crane boom system move along the trajectory defined by said control signals while controlling the crane boom movements in accordance with an auxiliary control strategy in which the first crane boom is prevented from interfering with the obstacle.

Device for applying heated air to a cavity using microwave generators

Microwave energy is used to dry air. Moist air is forced through an absorbing or adsorbing material and the material is regenerated by heat from one or more microwave transmitters. The drying material is placed in a magazine, the greater walls of which permit air to pass and at least one of the walls reflecting microwaves. A drying room placed adjacent the magazine contains at least one microwave transmitter. Moving bodies can be used to spread the waves over the magazine surface for even drying. Several combinations of the above components can be used together in several ways based upon the ground components.
