A cartridge seal is provided for sealing a shaft () with respect to a housing () and is intended to be a slide ring seal arrangement () for a centrifugal pump. The cartridge seal includes a shaft protection sleeve which is rotationally connected to the shaft () by a retaining ring, a support () for incorporating the cartridge seal into a housing opening of the pump housing (), a slide ring which is rotationally connected to the shaft protection sleeve and a counter slide ring which is rotationally connected to the support (), as well as an enclosed space () within the sealing arrangement. The space () is fluidically connected to a sealing gap formed between the slide ring and the counter slide ring, and is at least partially prefilled with liquid in order to prevent dry running when the pump is operated for the first time.

Centrifugal pump

A bearing arrangement of a shaft () is provided, with which an annular bearing sleeve () is applied onto the shaft (). The bearing sleeve (), for axial fixation, bears with at least one axial end () on a retaining sleeve () applied onto the shaft (). The retaining sleeve (), at least at one axial end (), has a greater wall thickness than in its axial middle region ().

Bearing arrangement

A bearing arrangement of a shaft () is provided with which an annular bearing sleeve () is applied onto the shaft (). At least in the axial region in which the bearing sleeve () is arranged, the shaft () includes a profiling extending parallel to its longitudinal axis (X). A corresponding engagement element () on the inner periphery of the bearing element () engages the profiling with a positive fit. At least one engagement element () extends in the direction of the longitudinal axis (X) of the shaft () only over a part of the length of the bearing sleeve ().

A bore-hole pump formed of stainless steel comprises a head part and a foot part, between which one or more pump stages are incorporated. The foot part serves to connect the pump to a drive motor. The pump includes inlet openings for fluid to be delivered. The foot part consists of at least two components which are separated in one or more essentially radial planes and are formed with different manufacturing methods.

Bore-hole pump

A pump assembly is provided with a pump () having one or more pump stages (), wherein at least one of the components () of the pump assembly, whose axial length depends on the number of pump stages (). On at least one of its axial ends, the component has no connection configuration which is formed in the component () itself and which is limited to the axial end. Instead, it is connected at this axial end with a friction fit and/or a positive fit to a connection element () which is coupled and/or connected to adjacent parts of the pump assembly, or is provided for coupling to adjacent parts of the pump assembly.

Pump assembly as well as method for the modular construction of a pump assembly

A pump, in particular a centrifugal pump, includes at least one flow-leading part with an at least regional surface layer () of an elastomer. The flow-leading part with the surface layer () is formed as a multi-component injection molded part, with a base structure () made of plastic as a first component, and with the elastomer as a second component.

Pump

A pump assembly has a housing formed of at least two metallic housing parts () and at least one diffuser () arranged in the housing, wherein the diffuser () is fixed between the two housing parts in the axial direction, and the two housing parts () are directly or indirectly in metallic contact with one another, in a manner such that a force transmission in the axial direction between the housing parts () is effected via elements of metal.

Pump unit

A flow-routing component of a pump is composed of at least two parts, a first part () of the component being manufactured by metal-powder injection molding, and a second part () of the component being manufactured from sheet metal. A pump assembly is also provided having such a flow-routing component.

The ready-to-mount axial face seal comprises a rotating unit of a shaft protection sleeve pushable over the pump shaft with a longitudinal section projecting out of the housing of the pump and fastenable to this shaft, with a spring-loaded axial face seal ring surrounding the shaft protection housing and with an elastic sealing ring in the shaft protection sleeve as well as a stationary unit, surrounding the shaft protection sleeve, of a counter ring on which the axial face seal ring bears and of an assembly part for fastening the axial face seal on the pump housing. In relation to the diameter of the pump shaft the wall thickness of the shaft protection sleeve is smaller than with the known shaft protection sleeve. Furthermore the outer diameter of the axial face seal ring and of the counter ring in relation to the same diameter of the pump shaft is an associated standard diameter of an axial face seal without shaft protection sleeve. Such an axial face seal may be applied into a standardised mounting space which is envisaged for a standard axial face seal without shaft protection sleeve.
