The present invention relates to cover for a pressure sensor. The cover is configured for being arranged to cover a sensor element.

Protective cover for a pressure sensor

This invention relates to a pressure sensor comprising a diaphragm and at least one measuring element, which is situated on the diaphragm while serving to measure a deflection of the diaphragm. A holding element is placed on at least one surface of the diaphragm in order to accommodate a seal element, whereby this holding element has a through hole, which faces the diaphragm surface while having a cross-section that corresponds to the outer contour of a seal element to be accommodated.

Pressure sensor

A flow sensor is provided with an obstruction () projecting into a flow and at least one measuring probe () for measuring a vortex produced by the obstruction (). Inhalation device

The aerosol inhalation device is manually operated and comprises a holding part ( ) for receiving an aerosol container with a valve and an outlet tip, and an inspiratory part ( ), which at one end comprises a mouthpiece ( ), in which inspiratory part ( ) a member ( ) for passage of aerosol is provided for receiving the outlet end of the aerosol container and comprising a conduit ( ) with an outlet opening for discharging aerosol into the inspiratory part in the direction towards the mouthpiece ( ). Aerosol inhaler device

The invention relates to a pressure or differential pressure sensor comprising a membrane with at least one measuring element located thereon, as well evaluation electronics for measuring the membrane deflection. The membrane is covered against environmental influences with a protective layer and is gripped within a mounting in a pressure tight manner. The protective layer is composed of a fluid tight amorphous metal layer, a so called metal glass layer which with the interposing of an electrically insulating layer, is directly deposited onto the membrane, the measuring element located thereon and where appropriate, onto further electronic components located thereon. In this manner, on the one hand, the membrane is protected but on the other hand it may be deflected sensitively since the amorphous metal layer is fluid and gas tight even with layer thicknesses in the .mu.m region.

Pressure sensor having an insulating layer and fluid tight amorphous

The invention relates to an electronic component manufactured in thick film technology, thin film technology or silicon technology and then provided with an electrically insulating layer which is covered by an amorphous metal layer. The amorphous metal layer protects the component, even with the smallest of layer thicknesses, from external influences and directly transmits heating and force effects.
