Antenna array arrangement for a multi band antenna, comprising a plurality of first dual band antenna elements adapted for transmitting/receiving in a lower antenna frequency band and in a higher antenna frequency band, a plurality of first single band antenna elements adapted for transmitting/receiving in the higher antenna frequency band, the first dual band antenna elements and the first single band antenna elements being arranged in a row, wherein at least two first single band antenna elements are arranged adjacent to each other. Furthermore, the invention also relates to a multi band antenna comprising at least one such antenna array arrangement.

Antenna array arrangement and a multi band antenna

The present invention relates to a reflectorfor use in an antenna. The reflectoris arranged to be used as an earth plane of the antennaand the reflector is corrugated to form current pockets. The reflectorcomprises at least two separate parts, and the parts are electrically coupled to each other to commonly form the earth plane of the antenna. The invention also relates to an antenna including a reflector, and to a method for manufacturing a reflector.

An antenna assembly and a method of mounting such an assembly are disclosed. A first and a second assembly portion are joined together, wherein the assembly portions each comprise a elongated reflector body serving as a reflector for electromagnetic power radiated by the antenna assembly portion, and a set of antenna element receiving means located in a linear row along a longitudinal direction of the reflector body for respectively receiving an antenna element, and side portions along the long sides of the said reflector body. The assembly method comprises the step of fastening the first and second assembly portions to each other along a respective side portion of the said assembly portions so as to form a dual array antenna assembly.

Antenna assembly

An antenna control system in which various antenna elements in a vertical row are coupled by fixed transmission lines to a central feeding point for a common signal. Adjustment of the phase of the common signal is achieved by means of a linearly movable slide having dielectric body portions influencing the signal velocity along said fixed transmission lines. Further, an electrical motor is used for linearly displacing said movable slide with said dielectric body portions.

Antenna control system

A microwave antenna with a simple mounting device for a dielectric plate and a radiating patch is described. The mounting device includes a column, which is secured to a housing at its lower end and extends centrally through a coupling aperture in the dielectric plate up to an aligned opening in the patch. The patch and the plate are held in well-defined positions in relation to the housing and at a mutual distance from each other.
