The present application discloses a display module and a manufacturing method thereof, and a mobile terminal. The display module includes a printed circuit board connected to a backlight flexible circuit board. A side of the backlight flexible circuit board connected to the printed circuit board comprises at least two first bonding regions, wherein each of the first bonding regions includes at least two first bonding terminals distributed therein, and wherein a distance between any two adjacent first bonding regions is greater than a distance between any two adjacent first bonding terminals in each of the first bonding regions.

A display panel and a display device are disclosed. In preparing the display panel, based on a height difference formed between a plurality of first column spacers and a plurality of second column spacers, as a color filter substrate deforms during a vacuum assembly process, a deformation area of a blind hole area increases because the second column spacers are not in contact with an array substrate in the blind hole area, resulting in a decrease in a radius of curvature of the deformation of the blind hole area, so that an amount of deformation is reduced and poor focusing due to Newton's ring effect on the blind hole can be prevented.

A frequency locking method for a phase-locked loop comprises the following steps: S1, a frequency control module controls a numerically controlled oscillator to obtain an maximum output frequency and a minimum output frequency; S2, obtain a minimum frequency ratio and a maximum frequency ratio by means of a time-to-digital converter and the frequency control module; S3, calculate a first frequency control word and a first frequency ratio according to the minimum frequency ratio and the maximum frequency ratio; S4, the frequency control module uses the Newton's iterative method to recalculate a new frequency control word; S5, obtain a new frequency ratio according to the new frequency control word; S6, if the new frequency ratio is within an error range, end iteration and stably output the new frequency control word, and otherwise, jump to step S4.

Frequency locking method and circuit for phase-locked loop

A display panel is provided. A plurality of target sub-pixels of the display panel in a pixel arrangement direction, and located in a first area and adjacent to a second area have a same luminous color. The first area and the second area correspondingly correspond to a light color area and a dark color area in an electrical testing screen. In this way, when an alignment precision inspection technique is performed based on an electrical testing screen, luminous colors of sub-pixels affecting colors of border lines are same. Therefore, the border lines having different colors caused by photoresists having different colors do not occur.

The present disclosure provides a cover, a display device, and a method for manufacturing the display device. By forming a first via hole in an electronic component disposing region when an optically clear adhesive is formed on the cover, via holes are formed because the optically clear adhesive cannot form in the electronic component disposing region. Thus, the optically clear adhesive does not have portions having different thicknesses, thereby preventing bubbles from forming in a blind hole region, and solving technical problems of the existing display device that the OCA has bubbles around the corresponding blind hole region, which affects photographing quality.

A display module and an electronic device are provided. The display module includes a substrate, a display part, a driving chip, a flexible circuit, and a buffer part. The substrate includes a soldering portion. The display part is disposed on a light emitting side of the substrate. The driving chip is disposed on a light emitting side of the soldering portion. The flexible circuit board is bent from a first surface of the soldering portion to a second surface of the soldering portion. The buffer part is disposed between the flexible circuit board and the soldering portion.

A backlight module and a liquid crystal display device are provided. By forming a diffusion layer on a light emitting surface of each of a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs), a light shadow and a LED light path generated by misalignment between the LEDs and a light guide plate and deformation of a reflective sheet can be effectively avoided. A method of manufacturing an array substrate and an array substrate are provided. The method includes steps of providing a first metallic layer, a semiconductor layer, a second metallic layer, a common electrode layer, a protecting layer, and a pixel electrode layer on a substrate in sequence. The semiconductor layer is electrically connected to a source electrode of the first metallic layer through a first via hole. Part of the semiconductor layer is electrically connected to a drain electrode of the second metallic layer. A touch electrode is electrically connected to a touch signal line through a second via hole. The pixel electrode layer is electrically connected to the drain electrode through a third via hole.

The present invention provides a liquid crystal display panel and a display device. The liquid crystal display panel includes: a first substrate; a second substrate disposed opposite to the first substrate; liquid crystals filled between the first substrate and the second substrate; and first support walls disposed on the first substrate to support the second substrate, wherein the first support walls are disposed around the first blind hole and formed with a liquid crystal channel having a size larger than a size of each of the liquid crystals. In the present invention, by disposing the first support walls on the first substrate and around the first blind hole, when the first substrate and the second substrate are bonded by vacuum cell-assembly, the edge of the blind hole is supported, such that recessing of the glass substrate can be mitigated.
